Reportando al Gerente de proyecto, como planificador de Obras y Proyectos serías el responsable de realizar la planificación de ejecución de la obra, junto con el cómputo de recursos necesarios para la realización del proyecto.

 

Funciones:

  • Crear la planificación general de la obra para ejecutar las actividades, en el plazo establecido.
  • Programar actividades semanales.
  • Planificar los recursos necesarios (materiales, equipos, personal) y coordinar su ingreso conforme al avance por etapas del proyecto.
  • Controlar y dar seguimiento diario al avance físico de la obra.
  • Calcular cantidades de obra ejecutada y revisar actividades para mantener el balance general del proyecto.
  • Elaborar avalúos mensuales de la ejecución del proyecto para su presentación ante la institución correspondiente.
  • Elaborar informes semanales de avance de obra.
  • Identificar desviaciones entre lo planificado y lo ejecutado, y proponer acciones correctivas.
  • Coordinar con las distintas áreas (técnica, logística, administración).
  • Actualizar el cronograma maestro de obra.
  • Coordinar y supervisar la planificación y ejecución de actividades de los subcontratistas.
  • Verificar que los subcontratistas cumplan con los plazos establecidos en el cronograma de obra.
  • Integrar los avances de los subcontratistas en la planificación general y en los informes de seguimiento.
  • Elaborar informes semanales y mensuales que deben ser entregados a la Gerencia Administrativa y Gerencia de Proyectos.

 

Requisitos:

  • Grado de Ingeniería civil o similar;
  • Uso de programas de presupuesto y programación, p. ejem. Ms Project.
  • Experiencia en posiciones similares en la industria de saneamiento y energía;
  • Capacidad para gerenciar los procedimientos y recursos del sector;
  • Conocimientos de las etapas operativas de la obra (civil, mecánica, eléctrica, etc.);
  • Disponibilidad para residir o trabajar en el sitio de la zona del proyecto.

Responsibilities

La Oportunidad:

Este puesto tendrá la función de asignar y programar los recursos de transporte asignados a su Centro de Distribución (DC), con base en las rutas de distribución de Preventa y el suministro a los PECs, asegurando el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma del abastecimiento de nuestros productos a los clientes directos de los canales OT y WHS, así como a las rutas DTS de los PECs.

Tu Impacto:

Como Programador de Transporte, tu alcance consistirá en:

  • Brindar visibilidad al equipo de OT y WHS sobre el estado de sus pedidos.
  • Cumplir con las ventanas de servicio y la recepción de pedidos desde el almacén.
  • Asegurar la optimización de los recursos de transporte, cumpliendo con los estándares de distribución establecidos.
  • Asignar el transporte adecuado para el suministro de los PECs.
  • Verificar que todos los equipos cumplan con las normas de seguridad establecidas por PepsiCo.
  • Realizar la programación del transporte del día al día por clientes.

Propósito del Rol.


  • Se asegura que las recolecciones y entregas diarias se realicen de una manera profesional y eficiente, cumpliendo nuestra promesa a los clientes Excellent, Simply Delivered.


Principales Responsabilidades.


  • Responsable de organizar los paquetes y la ruta diariamente, antes de salir de la estación.

About the Role:

 

We have an exciting opportunity to support our Restaurant Technology team as a Product Owner, Technology Payments based in Miami, FL. The Product Owner, Technology Payments will plan and organize the Product Roadmap and Backlog to ensure a high return on investment (ROI) for Subway’s global Payments Solutions used across 20+ countries and 30,000+ restaurants. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with the Payments Business & Operations to implement and manage product strategies consistent with company vision and business goals.
  • Elicit, analyze and present feedback from end users٫ stakeholders, technical teams and others to shape requirements and product features as well as high-level technical scope.
  • Translate and refine requirements from BRDs into FRD and other artifacts (user stories) that can be shared across the Payments Technology team throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Own, manage, update and groom the Payments product backlog and delivery plans. Guide user story creation and validate user stories based on acceptance criteria.

  • Translate requirements into appropriate documentation and communications that can be shared across the business and with customers throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure necessary documentation and training is provided for products and software.
  • Work with Sr. Manager, Product and Program Managers, to manage budget, resource allocations, ensuring product lifecycle deadlines are met, software development stages are completed on time, product releases are in compliance with schedules, and communicate updates across all channels.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or other technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Master's Degree in Business desirable.
  • Scrum Alliance Product Owner or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner/Product
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years’ experience in product management/ownership, business strategy/development, or a senior business analyst role.
  • Experience within Food Service, QSR, Payments or FinTech industries a plus.
  • Experience in software development desired in large organizations.
  • Strong technical background with an ability to cultivate and build collaborative working relationships with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders and development.
  • Strong influential communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), with the ability to exert influence and meet commitments in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Ensure FM team provides efficient, high-quality technical service that meets business and external needs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, including maintaining data integrity for the Real Estate portfolio for technical FM aspects.
  • Identify and implement technical savings initiatives.
  • Complete or coordinate routine inspections to determine required technical services.
  • Oversee non-construction projects, recommend and coordinate projects that enhance property value.
  • Administer environmental programs in partnership with the company's EH&S Manager. Ensure adherence to Corporate Risk Management policies and Insurance requirements for vendors/contractors.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and facilities staff.
  • Operate the A/P invoice payment system to validate and approve costs associated with technical aspects of the facilities.
  • Provide regular reports on facility operations, expenses, and projects to management.
  • Respond to after-hours facilities related emergencies and determine the appropriate course of action to resolve issues.


Your profile:

Education Level


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or other technical related fields
  • Desirable Facilities Management Certification


Experience Level


  • More than 5 years of related experience preferably in warehouse/ business office/ real estate environment; with construction project management, space planning and facilities management experience

THE ROLE

Requirements
