About The Role
As a Risk Operations Program Manager at Remitly, you will oversee customer and business outcomes across our fraud, identity, and compliance operations. You are someone who is passionate about building great customer experiences and solving complex problems. You will partner with Product, Compliance, Operations, Data Science, and Engineering to analyze risk trends, implement solutions, and land impactful change across a growing, globally distributed Operations team. You will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Success Risk Operations.

Certificar las mejoras efectuadas en los sistemas y aplicaciones del Banco, atendiendo los procesos y las normativas internas de la organización, para garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente de los sistemas y la satisfacción de los clientes internos y externos.
Cambios efectivos y sin errores en los sistemas del Banco
Realizar pruebas específicas del cambio solicitado, así como pruebas integrales en los diferentes sistemas del Banco para determinar que funciona de forma satisfactoria y pruebas de satisfacción con usuario experto.
Generar valor a la organización por medio del análisis de los procesos y la implementación de mejoras que contribuyen al alcance de los objetivos estratégicos.
Gestionar la cartera de proyectos de mejoras a procesos definida anualmente por la Gerencia General de acuerdo a la estrategia BDF, coordinando las diferentes etapas del ciclo de vida de los proyectos (iniciación, planificación, ejecución y cierre).
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de los proyectos, y por lo tanto contar con procesos eficientes, eficaces y estandarizados, que aporten valor a la estrategia BDF.
* Trabajo previo en áreas de Gestión de Calidad.
* Administración de proyectos.
