• Responsable de toda la gestión de tecnología para el Grupo Financiero incluyendo bancos, aseguradoras, pensiones, y otros en todos los países. Sin embargo, el enfoque principal son bancos.
• Responsable de la implementación, ejecución y adopción de los proyectos de TI para las empresas del Grupo Financiero.
• Responsable de diseñar las estrategias del área de Innovación y Tecnología, Inteligencia de Negocios, Gobierno de Datos, Arquitectura de IT, Seguridad de TI, Ciberseguridad y FIntechs. Enfocado en el soporte y mantenimiento de los diferentes sistemas informáticos que el Banco utiliza.
• Innovación: desarrollo y change the bank; en proceso de transformación digital, Arquitectura TI.
• Tecnología: run the bank, proceso fin de día, infraestructura, comunicaciones.
• Inteligencia de negocios y gobierno de datos.
• Seguridad TI y ciber seguridad.
• Fintechs: fábrica de desarrollo, billetera digital.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
• Ingeniero de sistemas, ciencias de la computación, sistemas de información, o áreas relacionadas. Maestría en algún área relacionada.
• + 10 años de experiencia.
• Experiencia gerencial o directiva en el sector bancario. (Indispensable).
• Conocimiento en el sector bancario.
• Conocimientos de Datawarehouse, Inteligencia de Negocios
• Gestión de soporte y mantenimiento de los diferentes sistemas informáticos
• Gestión e implantación de nuevas tecnologías y/o modificación,
• Gestión de los requerimientos tecnológicos y análisis de riesgo tecnológico.
• Metodologías ágiles (preferiblemente)
• Inglés avanzado
• Alto nivel de comunicación
• Capacidad de liderar equipos de alto rendimiento.

El(a) Asociado(a) de Facturación actuará como un punto de contacto para socios regionales seleccionados o procesos para apoyar los servicios de contabilidad en cuentas por cobrar,. En este rol obtendrá experiencia en contabilidad y administración de documentos físicos, informes financieros, mejora de procesos.
Responsabilidades Claves
• Apoyar los servicios de contabilidad para procesos y países seleccionados, que incluyen la contabilidad de los gastos administrativos, manejo y archivo de documentos físicos, ayudar en el procesamiento de recuperación de pagos.
• Asegurar que todos los controles internos están en su lugar y monitoreados, los procesos financieros se realizan de manera oportuna y precisa y de conformidad con las políticas regulatorias.
• Participar en proyectos de mejora de procesos dentro de los servicios empresariales globales.
• Participar en otras iniciativas y brindar apoyo a las funciones en el área de Registro a Informe.
• Manejar los problemas básicos de atención al usuario, administrativos, técnicos o de atención al cliente bajo supervisión directa, al tiempo que aumenta los problemas más complejos para el personal adecuado.
• Otros deberes asignados.
CALIFICACIONES
• Bachillerato en Educación Media.
• Fuerte jugador de equipo y la capacidad de manejar múltiples prioridades de manera oportuna con la calidad requerida
• Conocimiento de contabilidad, finanzas.
• Manejo de la herramienta Excel intermedio.
Calificaciones Preferidas:
• Bachillerato o Licenciatura Universitaria, en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas.
• Manejo del idioma inglés B1

In the assigned corporate division, the Collections Specialist will contact customers via phone and email to collect funds related to delinquent accounts.
Essential Job Functions:
• Contact customers through phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on delinquent invoices.
• Negotiate payment plans and terms to secure timely payments.
• Activate and manage customer accounts on the credit card payment portal.
• Assist customers in setting up and troubleshooting any issues related to online payments.
• Receive and process credit card payments from customers.
• Ensure the accurate application of payments to customer accounts.
• Provide clear and concise communication regarding outstanding balances, payment options, and deadlines.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
