PROPOSITO DEL PUESTO

Proveer apoyo técnico y operativo en el fortalecimiento de capacidades nacionales, a través de la promoción de innovaciones y desarrollo tecnológico para un mayor impacto en la implementación de la Estrategia de País 2019-2023.

EXPERIENCIA:

  • Al menos dos años de experiencia en desarrollo y/o implementación de aplicaciones web y móvil, al menos tres años en diseño y administración de base de datos 
  • Experiencia en fortalecimiento de capacidades a equipos mediante herramientas/plataformas de TI
  • Experiencia en capacitación y transferencia de conocimientos a diferentes usuarios
  • Experiencia en Gestión e Implementación de Proyectos de IT

PRINCIPALES TAREAS

  1. Coordinar con el Gerente de cada actividad de la Estrategia de País 2019-2013 la identificación de necesidades de desarrollo de sistemas de información que sean de utilidad para la implementación de cada actividad;
  2. Desarrollar sistemas de información en plataformas web, de escritorio, y para dispositivos móviles, además llevara a cabo un diagnóstico de necesidades y herramientas actuales utilizadas por socios de gobierno y organizaciones de productores con el propósito de establecer una estrategia de desarrollo y de servicios; así como un plan de mejoras de las herramientas existentes y acompañamiento técnico.
  3. En coordinación con Gerentes de actividad y el equipo de movilización de recursos, elaborar propuestas para movilización de fondos a partir de las necesidades identificadas.
  4. En coordinación con el equipo de VAM y M&E, identificar herramientas e innovaciones tecnológicas corporativas que puedan ser transferidas a los socios y proveer capacitación y asistencia técnica en la implementación de estas herramientas de gestión de información.
  5. Diseñar e implementar plan de capacitación interno y externo sobre el uso de las herramientas y plataformas elaboradas, así como desarrollar recursos de información y guía de referencia para los usuarios.
  6. Desarrollar soluciones informáticas para las necesidades de información externas e internas para el PMA, socios y organizaciones de productores, que facilite la toma de decisiones basada en evidencia oportuna y de acuerdo a la brecha de necesidades identificada.
  7. Gestionar e implementar proyectos de TI con los socios estratégicos de la organización.

  • Brindar retroalimentación detallada en los casos en que no se cumplan los criterios de aprobación para que los desarrolladores puedan corregirlos y volver a enviarlos.

  • Mantenerse al día con las mejoras en el campo mediante el estudio de herramientas de desarrollo de última generación, técnicas de programación y equipos informáticos
  • Participar en oportunidades educativas, inscribirse proactivamente para recibir capacitación gratuita relevante para su trabajo y leer publicaciones profesionales
  • Mantener redes personales; participando en organizaciones profesionales.

#5 Contribuir al desarrollo e implementación de nuevos proyectos, actividades y procesos que beneficien el desempeño de los departamentos y de la empresa

  • Compartir retroalimentación para sugerir mejoras a nuestros sistemas existentes.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre la tecnología desarrollada en WSM y sugerir formas de implementar nuevas funcionalidades, etc.
  • Participar en nuevos proyectos que no estén necesariamente dentro del alcance de sus responsabilidades, pero que requieran un esfuerzo de equipo.

Habilidades y calificaciones requeridas:

  • Nivel de Inglés Escrito: Básico - Intermedio
  • Educación: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Informática o Ciencias de la Computación
  • Experiencia: Dos años de experiencia en puestos de ingeniería de softwKnow-How
