Monitoring, analysis, and reporting on emergency-related developments and their impact on the humanitarian situation, including through the provision of support to the CO RAM unit in tracking early warning indicators / risks and emerging risks in the relevant country, specifically of slow and sudden onset risks. 
  9. In the event of a disaster, information exchange and operational liaison between the Country Office, Regional Bureau Panama, and Headquarters.

JOB PURPOSE

To contribute to formulation and implementation of WFP’s Cash Based Transfers (CBT) programme strategy.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)

Depending on your experience level and expertise areas, you will be involved to a greater or lesser degree in work related, but not limited, to the following:

  1. Formulation and implementation of WFP’s CBT programme strategy in line with the organisational strategy, WFP-wide programme policies and context at Country Office level; translation of the CBT strategy and WFP-wide programme policies into Regional/Country level practices.
  2. Design of operations inspired by the principle of cost-efficiency and effectiveness. Proactive juggling of transfer modalities to reach the most appropriate choice for a defined context.
  3. Coordination of Country Office units (e.g. Logistics, Procurement, ICT, Finance, M&E and VAM (food security analysis)) to ensure synchronized technical backstopping and compliance with corporate policy, strategic objectives, guidance, and incorporation of gender perspectives in programme design, intervention set-up and implementation of CBT operations.
  4. Setting of programme objectives as guiding lines all over the intervention for all functional.
  5. Enhancement of WFP’s leadership status in forums relating to CBT and wider programme policy focus areas such as food security, nutrition, livelihoods, resilience or engagement in humanitarian, transition and development contexts through direct participation, briefings, information products, and other materials.
  6. Maintenance of close contact with key partners and advise on opportunities for strategic collaboration; for example, assistance to counterparts in governments and/or other stakeholders in identifying where CBT interventions can be usefully employed and provide support and technical expertise for the planning, formulation, and implementation of CBT programmes.

We are looking for a bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist. Critical to this role is the ability to speak and write in English at a proficient level. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage the day-to-day back end functions of the company’s Marketing Automation (email) programs and paid search/social marketing (PPC) campaigns. The Specialist will be responsible for maintaining KPI and digital marketing analytics for reporting sales funnel conversions from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). This position will be working in the Dominican Republic but will be handling the brand in the United States.

Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for Multiple Entities including our IT Company, Telecommunications Company as well as the Dominican based entity.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Pardot marketing automation user who is a self-starter, but also works well as part of a production team. You must be very organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and meet reasonable deadlines. This position will be reporting to Marketing Manager of the company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Use Pardot to create, test and deploy single and multi-step e-mail campaigns, landing pages, events and webinars for different distribution channels and segments, utilizing dynamic content with tokens and scripts.
  • Develop and maintain responsive e-mail templates, troubleshoot issues, and stay abreast of technology advances.
  • Test, analyze and report on e-mail campaign performance on a recurring basis. Identify trends and opportunities for improved open, click thru and conversion rates.
  • Social media marketing.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Expert on e-mail marketing best practices
  • Passion for digital marketing
  • Marketing automation, email automation, and campaign strategy with Salesforce Pardot.
  • Proven in user acquisition through multiple marketing channels and tools
  • Experience in building landing pages and marketing sites through Salesforce Pardot
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as marketing manager
  • Proven experience working with (or in) the US market
  • Strong analytical skills

Responsabilidades  

  • Trabajar con las diferentes áreas para analizar y definir problemas complejos y oportunidades, brindando una profunda y clara visión de las necesidades del negocio.
  • Trabajar con el equipo de tecnología en la evaluación de propuestas de nuevos proveedores de servicio.
  • Proponer mejoras para corrección de problemas con el almacenaje y registro de la información generada por las diferentes áreas del negocio.
  • Convertirse en un experto en las principales herramientas utilizadas en el negocio y ser capaz de comunicar propuestas y soluciones a las diferentes partes interesadas de la empresa.
  • Comunicar defectos o problemas de sistemas al equipo de desarrollo y soporte, procurando obtener fechas de resolución de problemas o dando seguimiento hasta que dicho problema este resuelto.
  • Facilitar proyecciones de ventas.
  • Asistir a la gerencia de Mercadeo, Comercial y Gerencia General en definir alcance y resultados con nuevos proyectos.
  • Identificar y entrevistar personas claves para obtener detalle y dirección a fin de definir las necesidades del negocio.
  • Organizar y registrar las diferentes solicitudes por parte de las áreas, estableciendo tiempos de resolución a dichas solicitudes, en base al grado de relevancia para el negocio.
  • Preparar reportes sobre el estado de los diferentes proyectos o estrategias implementadas, para los clientes internos y/o partes interesadas externas según sea la necesidad.
  • Identificar brechas entre los requerimientos del negocio y los recursos con los cuales se cuenta, a fin de que las partes involucradas puedan diseñar soluciones óptimas.
  • Participar en reuniones de análisis para determinar cómo los cambios en el negocio podrían impactar a nuestros productos, clientes, etc., proporcionando estadística y evidencia documentada que soporten dichas propuestas.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  1. Gestión de bases datos
  2. Conocimientos en otras herramientas de Análisis (Tableau, Data Studio, etc.) (Plus)
  3. Experiencia en creación de KPIs (Diarios, Semanales y Mensuales) para áreas de Mercadeo, Ventas, Logística o Finanzas.
