What You'll Do:

We are currently looking for an individual to join our team as Financial Aid Officer. Work that consists of guiding the prospective, new, and active student on services related to Financial Assistance, aligned with the enrollment priorities and with the support of the automated processes of the AGMU information systems in compliance with the institutional policies and standards established by the agencies that grant the funds; and, of evaluating the student’s eligibility for state, federal, and institutional financial aid.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Provides financial aid counseling to students for scholarship, loan, and other federal and states grant programs and their eligibilities requirement.

2. Assists the students with financial aid application process including loan application and the necessary documents to collect to determine their eligibility.

3. Receives from the Financial Aid Coordinator the Verification and C-Match student's list to initiate the verification and validation process.

4. Identifies the incomplete student file and follows up to complete the process.

5. Complete the verification process in institutional systems.

6. Indicates the status of student's financial aid application.

7. Collects and evaluates document information to process professional judgment.

8. Assists students with their student Loan Application electronically.

9. Collects and process student Entrance and Exit Interview document and update institutional systems.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an area related.

4. Demonstrate mastery of business productivity technology tools and remote communication technologies to support his/her functions and deliver services physically and remotely.

5. Knowledge of the application of the 1974 FERPA federal law related to confidentiality in handling students' educational records.

About The Job

We’re looking for an Sr. Associate Finance Manager possessing strong analytical skills, adept at drawing out insights, and demonstrating a partnership mentality. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Funds Oversight, responsibilities include periodic budget management, driving financial accountability, developing internal controls, and high-level reporting activities related to optimizing the use of Taco Bell’s Marketing and Advertising funds. The Day-to-Day

  • Develop strong, collaborative partnerships with internal teams and external partners (i.e. IPC). Act as liason with other cross-functional team members.
  • Support ad hoc research needs as required (ie, Subway EATS, menu trends analysis, competitive reviews, etc.)

 

Qualifications (some examples listed below):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Research, Marketing, Advertising, Sociology, Psychology, Communications required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Market Research/Consumer Insights/Sensory Insights.
  • Experience working in either client or market research vendor role is preferred.

We’re looking for a client-facing, senior sales professional to represent Bloomberg's complete multi-platform media offerings. We’ll trust you to build and manage relationships with new and existing clients. You will have strong relationships with clients headquartered on the West Coast specifically working with the Technology Media & Telco vertical. You’ll think creatively to satisfy each client. You’ll partner with our internal teams and create custom ad experiences. You are a creative, seasoned sales professional. You’ll harness the power of our data and resources to maximize revenue and drive growth for our business. Are you up for the challenge?
 
YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ or more years of recent/relevant media sales experience
  • Experience with the following desired: Cross platform selling; Strong digital video sales experience; Analytics; Media Campaigns; Programmatic Sales
  • Significant and strong client relationships at all levels
  • Track record of total revenue and platform revenue growth
  • Creative ideas that generates renewable and successful partnerships with the client
  • Coverage of the entire client and agency relationship
  • Internal and external communication at a highly productive and seamless level
  • Ability to prospect and develop new business
  • Deep understanding of media advertising landscape
  • Desire to partner with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Real passion for media, advertising and business
  • Willingness for business travel as needed
WE'D LOVE TO SEE:
  • Media sales experience in the Tech, Media & Telco space
  • History of doing 7-figure deals with brands.
  • Thorough understanding and effective articulation of Bloomberg’s value proposition, across products, offerings, and audiences.

Salary Range = 150000 - 215000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
 
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
