Buscamos un Gerente Corporativo Comercial visionario, proactivo y con amplia experiencia
en el sector automotriz para liderar la introducción, el posicionamiento y la expansión de la
marca BAW en Venezuela. El candidato ideal será el arquitecto de la estrategia comercial
integral, responsable de construir una operación exitosa desde sus cimientos, asegurando
un crecimiento exponencial en ventas, una sólida presencia de marca y la máxima
satisfacción del cliente a través de una red de concesionarios de alto rendimiento y un
servicio postventa de excelencia.
Este rol exige una combinación única de liderazgo estratégico, destreza en la gestión de
operaciones comerciales complejas y una pasión por construir equipos y desarrollar
negocios. Será la figura clave para convertir a BAW en un referente en el mercado
automotriz venezolano.
Responsabilidades Clave
El Gerente Corporativo Comercial será responsable de dirigir y gestionar todas las facetas
de la operación comercial de la marca. Sus responsabilidades se agrupan en las siguientes
áreas estratégicas:
1. Estrategia y Desarrollo de Negocio
• Posicionamiento de Marca: Diseñar y ejecutar una estrategia integral para posicionar a
BAW como una marca competitiva, confiable y deseable en el mercado venezolano,
destacando sus atributos de valor, tecnología y diseño.
• Planificación Estratégica: Desarrollar el plan de negocio comercial, estableciendo
objetivos de ventas, cuota de mercado y rentabilidad a corto, mediano y largo plazo.
• Análisis de Mercado: Monitorear constantemente las tendencias del mercado
automotriz venezolano, la actividad de la competencia y las preferencias del
consumidor para identificar oportunidades y mitigar riesgos, ajustando la estrategia de
forma proactiva.
• Logro de Objetivos de Ventas: Dirigir todos los esfuerzos para alcanzar y superar las
metas de ventas de vehículos, implementando programas y acciones comerciales
efectivas.
2. Gestión de Red de Concesionarios
• Desarrollo de la Red: Liderar el proyecto de transformación de la red de tiendas
propias en una red de concesionarios modelo, definiendo estándares de
infraestructura, imagen corporativa y capacidad operativa.
• Gestión y Estandarización: Supervisar la operación de cada concesionario,
asegurando la correcta implementación de la identidad corporativa de BAW y la
estandarización de los procesos comerciales y de atención al cliente.
• Capacitación y Desempeño: Establecer programas de capacitación para la fuerza de
ventas y el personal de los concesionarios, y evaluar su desempeño para garantizar el
cumplimiento de los objetivos.
3. Marketing y Gestión de Marca
• Estrategia de Marketing: Crear y dirigir el plan de marketing y comunicación,
gestionando el presupuesto asignado para maximizar el retorno de la inversión y la
visibilidad de la marca.
• Campañas y Publicidad: Supervisar el desarrollo de campañas publicitarias,
promociones y eventos de lanzamiento para generar interés y demanda en los
productos BAW.
• Marketing Digital: Potenciar la presencia de la marca en canales digitales y redes
sociales, gestionando la comunicación y la interacción con la comunidad online.
4. Operaciones de Postventa (Servicio y Repuestos)
• Estructuración del Área: Diseñar y preparar toda la estructura de postventa,
incluyendo la definición de procesos, políticas de garantía y estándares de servicio
técnico.
• Gestión de Repuestos: Asegurar una gestión de inventario de repuestos eficiente y
estratégica que garantice la disponibilidad y el respaldo a nivel nacional, minimizando
los tiempos de espera para el cliente.
• Calidad del Servicio: Implementar un programa de certificación y auditoría para los
talleres de servicio, con el fin de asegurar la más alta calidad en reparaciones y
mantenimiento.
5. Liderazgo y Gestión de Personal
• Construcción de Equipo: Reclutar, formar y liderar un equipo de alto rendimiento en
las áreas comercial, de marketing y postventa.
• Cultura Organizacional: Fomentar una cultura de proactividad, orientación a
resultados, colaboración y enfoque en el cliente en toda la organización.
• Gestión del Desempeño: Establecer indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) para todo

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Your New Role…
CNN is looking for an experienced newsroom leader to manage the reporters and editors who cover business and media across the network’s platforms. CNN takes readers and viewers to the places where things are happening and explains why those things matter. We inform and explain, putting the biggest stories of the day in context to help people make sense of the world. Rich business coverage is key to that effort.
We’re looking for someone with a track record of leading teams that have produced distinctive and exclusive journalism. Excellent news judgment, a strong sense of story and top-notch editing skills are required. Sharp project-management skills are a must in CNN’s multiplatform newsroom, as is deep experience managing reporters at all stages of their careers.
We need someone who’s comfortable working across platforms and in a variety of formats – digital text stories, podcasts, newsletters and video explainers, plus others we haven’t even dreamed of yet. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $133,420.00 - $247,780.00 salary per year. The Role
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day execution of network and construction projects, ensuring seamless coordination from planning through construction and close-out. This position partners closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to manage schedules, track deliverables, maintain accurate project documentation, and support field execution activities.
Serving as a central point of coordination, the Project Coordinator drives visibility into project status, risks, and next steps, enabling teams to remain aligned and informed. By maintaining structure, organization, and momentum across project activities, this role is instrumental in delivering projects safely, on time, and with clear accountability throughout all phases of execution.

✔ Coordinar las operaciones logísticas diarias: transporte, almacenamiento e inventario.
✔ Clasificar mercancías bajo las partidas arancelarias correctas (códigos del Sistema Armonizado / HS codes) y garantizar el cumplimiento normativo.
✔ Realizar la valoración de equipos para fines aduaneros, aplicando criterios comparables a los de un perito o avaluador de aduanas.
✔ Gestionar de principio a fin los trámites aduaneros y la documentación de comercio internacional (importación/exportación, incoterms, regímenes aduaneros).
✔ Analizar datos logísticos para optimizar el rendimiento y la eficiencia.

✅ Licenciatura en Logística, Comercio Internacional, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
✅ Experiencia en coordinación de logística o cadena de suministro.
✅ Sólidos conocimientos en procedimientos aduaneros y regulaciones de comercio internacional.
✅ Experiencia demostrada en clasificación arancelaria.
✅ Sólidas habilidades en valoración de equipos/mercancías, similares a las de un valorador aduanero.
