The successful candidate will direct and shape CNN’s Latin American news coverage across multiple platforms. Your Role Accountabilities…
Identify, set, and oversee daily editorial news priorities for CNN. From text-based output on digital platforms, internal news alerts to video products for digital platforms and linear and streaming platforms.
Manage a team of reporters and editors, prioritizing assignments, and directing reporting targets.
Manage the overall editorial process from story conception to reporting, writing, editing and publishing.
Ensuring that accurate editorial is reflected across all CNN platforms.

Your New Role…
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide a full range of administrative support to the SVP, Data Analytics, Science & Insights as well as two- three Vice Presidents within CNN’s Digital Products and Services including, but not limited to: arrange travel, maintain Outlook calendar, schedule meetings, prepare expense reports, answer and screen calls, maintain office supplies, and process expenses. Qualifications & Experience…

Strong attention to detail is required. Communication is key in this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Requires a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy, and discretion.

¿Cuál es el rol?
Liderar, diseñar, documentar y liderar la mejora continua de los procesos operativos y de atención al cliente a través de los diferentes canales de atención (asistidos y no asistidos), alineando la eficiencia operativa con una experiencia de cliente excelente. Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de analistas de procesos y responsables de conocimiento (knowledge), asegurando la implementación eficaz de procesos end to end.
