The primary responsibility of this role is to perform various tasks related to content for the video catalog quality, under general supervision. This could involve tasks such as checking and/or fixing metadata, image, subtitles, audio and video assets to provide a seamless viewing experience to Prime Video customers. The day to day job requires the individual to make critical judgment based decisions by following a standard operating procedure.

IMPORTANT: This is not a remote position, you are required to work on site. Open to Costa Rica applicant expected to work from the SJO10 Site in Calle Blancos.

Key job responsibilities

  • Reviewing metadata and subtitles in Spanish for quality and accuracy.
  • Conducting Spanish language quality checks on audio, subtitles, narratives, video, and artwork to ensure overall content quality.
  • Evaluating the correctness of translations (idiomatic expressions, spelling, grammar, punctuation) in Spanish subtitles.
  • Assessing the overall quality of localized content to meet high standards.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish.
  • The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidance.

Key job responsibilities

To be successful in this role, the candidate will be able to:

Manage multiple large-scale creative projects simultaneously. Own schedules, outline key milestones, communicate status updates, and ensure on-time delivery.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned launches, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time to enable timely decisions.

Plan and execute Online Sales Events, aligning with brand and product line teams on launch dates, style guides, and creative strategy.

Effectively book and manage resources (designers, art directors, copywriters, motion designers, 3D artists, etc.), while adapting plans as priorities shift.

Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders and partners, balancing support with appropriate boundaries and expectation setting.

Communicate professionally and clearly—verbally and in writing—with global teams and senior stakeholders. Express feedback and ideas constructively and respectfully.

Document and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices to drive team efficiency and cross-team transparency.

Audit workflows, identify pain points, and implement scalable process improvements.

Anticipate project risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively.

Maintain focus under pressure and juggle competing priorities without sacrificing quality.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience managing creative projects.

3+ years of experience managing creative or marketing projects, preferably in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Proficient in verbal and written English; able to communicate clearly in a professional, cross-cultural environment. English proficiency at a B2–C1 level or higher (CEFR).

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum), or equivalent practical experience applying PM frameworks in creative or marketing environments.

Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., SmartSheet, Wrike, Asana, Jira, Airtable, Quip, Figma, or similar).

Experience in capacity planning or resource allocation for creative teams.

Experience mentoring junior PMs or onboarding peers into creative workflows.

Experience writing project documentation and stakeholder updates.

Basic qualifications

Advocate for residents by accompanying to legal proceedings as needed, providing legal referrals and providing educational information regarding the legal system, assisting with documentation of services for referral to other social service agencies that lead to self-sufficiency. Prepare documentation of all services provided to residents in compliance with grant objectives in a timely manner. Implement and monitor monthly calendar of culturally relevant life skill building, psycho-educational, and empowerment activities for adult residents utilizing staff and volunteers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in social sciences field. In lieu of educational requirement, High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of one year’s experience in social services or customer related field.
  • Bilingual; English/Spanish
  • Must rotate on-call responsibility a minimum of approximately 2-3 24-hour shifts per month to provide accompaniments to victims of FV/SA at local hospitals, police departments, schools, etc

Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They're brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. This role is a learning role, where new associates are working with their team and proactively building skills and proficiencies, in preparation for the next level up as a Mobile Expert. As a Mobile Associate, you will be required to successfully complete new employee training.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by:
  • Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
  • Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
  • Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including anything from unique accessories cutting-edge IoT devices.
  • Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion.
  • Becomes skilled with and consistently uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate:
  • How our ever-expanding coverage stacks up in our customer’s neighborhood, providing them with a lightning fast LTE network
  • Why T-Mobile plans and services will let our customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further.
  • Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
  • Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
  • Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service to:
  • Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run-around-free environment.
  • Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
  • Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment


Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. Required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it! (Required)
  • Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. (Required)

Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
