Position: Writer / Editor (Long Form + Journalism)
Location: Miami
Starts: SEPT. 2020
Duration: DIRECT HIRE | FULL TIME | REMOTE | 40/HRS WEEKLY
Status: Full Time
Rate: $50k - $60k, DOE
Our Marketing Agency Client is seeking a CONTENT WRITER (Journalism Exp. + Long Form Writing) to join their team FULL TIME + REMOTE!
The ideal candidate is a long form creative writer with Journalism background. You have solid research and investigative skills and can effectively tell a story in a creative and in-depth way!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Extensive researching and interviewing of subject matter experts
+ You will produce 2,000+ word editorial stories, blogs, e-books, web content, stories and more!
+ You will write and edit data points, infographic copy, marketing collateral, and promotional copy
+ Experience with writing and editing content heavy landing pages, web pages, data points and communications for specific target audience
+ You will work with the team to collaborate, ideate, brainstorm, and develop ideas for stories
+ Incorporate keywords into content topics
REQUIREMENTS:
+ 4+ years of researching, interviewing, writing and editing experience with a Journalism and or Publishing background
+ MUST HAVE long-form writing experience, 2,000+ words stories, blogs, ebooks, articles, etc.
+ Experience ideating and brainstorming ideas
+ Ability to successfully develop a story over time that demonstrates, research and an investigative approach
+ PORTFOLIO OF EDITORIAL / LONG-FORM SAMPLES
+ NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED: B2B experience
