Job Description The Warehouse Manager will be based in Ciudad Jurez Chih., This position will be focus on Implementation a successful operation by managing all distribution, warehouse functions. Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services; supervising staff. Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Monitors volume of business and determines appropriate work schedule. Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met. Monitors condition and maintenance of operating / material handling equipment. Constantly monitors the efficient handling of shipments and receipts to create an error free culture. Reviews the loading and unloading schedules to maximize efficiencies and reduce expenses. Coordinate floor cycle counts, physical inventory and reconciling records. Here is some of what youll need (required) Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas; understands the strategic impact of the function across sites. Ability to effective present information to management and customers.
