<p>Job Title: VoIP Technical Support Tier I</p><p><strong>Role</strong>: This role is a critical role in our VOIP operation. </p><ul><li>This individual will be responsible to assess client environment preinstallation</li><li>Work alongside the Sales team to evaluate and prescribe ideal solution to exceed client needs</li><li>Work in our Network Operations Center to manage all incoming tier 1 VOIP trouble tickets</li><li>Develop and maintain cutting edge knowledge and skill about all aspects of RITE&rsquo;s VOIP offerings</li><li>Train and educate Sales Team members on the fundamentals of VOIP to better assess initial opportunities. </li><li>Install and train all end users on the features and benefits of their VIOP system</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction</li><li>Serve as initial escalation point for technical support issues (Tier 1)</li><li>Troubleshoot and report VoIP performance issues</li><li>Responsible for resolving customer requests/issues in a timely manner</li><li>Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and evaluating possible trends about common system failures or outages and communicating these to the VP of Operations</li><li>Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and take direction from other team members<br /></li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years&rsquo; experience deploying and/or testing VoIP systems or solutions </li><li>2+ years&rsquo; experience in telecommunications</li><li>2+ years isolating and repairing VoIP system faults/mis-configurations and/or determining interoperability issues</li><li>Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers and IP routing, and switches</li><li>Familiarity with VoIP devices and &ldquo;soft phones&rdquo;</li><li>Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and customer service skills</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p>Please apply<br />or<br />send resume to Mark@theipgteam.com<br />or<br />http://www.integrityplacementgroup.com/open_positions-2/</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
