Our client, a full-service "Virtual Event" production company, is seeking a Video Production Coordinator to join their team 40 hours week.
Responsibilities Include: The Video Production Coordinator works to schedule and ensure all deliverables and necessities are handled during the entire production process. + Daily report of the video schedule, audio schedule, graphics schedule, and digital lab schedule + Responsible for the daily delivery of assets scheduled to all personnel & the daily up keep of said list + Responsible for the immediate changes to schedule as needed due to emergency work (juggling of work as needed) + Responsible for ensuring that all production requests are noted and inputted into the queue (calendar and daily work lists
Job Requirements: + 2+ Years Broadcast Traffic and / or Video Production or Coordination experience + Proven ability to prioritize a number of deliverables and comfortable juggling many projects, people, and deadlines + Experience developing timelines + Ability to keep people on task and projects on deadline + Proficient in MS Office required + Nice to have but not required: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Software (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
