A Florida single-specialty group is seeking an urgent care physician. The group is seeking an additional physician to support the expanding community. Your schedule will be four on, four off, and you will see 20 to 30 patients per day on average. You will be supported by advanced practice providers and other urgent care physicians. Applicants are required to be board certified or board eligible. A FL license will be required. Final-year residents and fellows will be considered.

This independent contractor position has a competitive compensation package. You will be offered malpractice coverage, medical benefits at discounted rates, three weeks’ vacation, CME time, and relocation reimbursement.

This opening is located on Merritt Island on the eastern Florida coast. Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge and John F. Kennedy Space Center are located on the northern part of Merritt Island. The southern area is heavily residential, with light commercial and light industrial areas.
