The Talent Acquisition Specialist will beresponsible for hiring efforts for key positions across the region. This may include corporate roles and some plant admin positions at all levels. The team works as advisors about the internal and external talent labor markets to the business and HR teams. We’re a forward-looking team, leaning on relationships and fueled by data and by influencing hires with quality, diversity, speed, and cost. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report to the Global TA lead and Regional HR Director and will be responsible for the full life-cycle of recruiting for our businesses. To deliver on this objective, you will need prioritize the urgency and importance of your requisition load and build pipelines of qualified candidates for your roles. You will also work closely with you manager, hiring managers, and HR business partners to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meets diversity and overall recruiting goals and reporting In addition, you will support our talent attraction programs by owning the responsibility for recruiting from a specific university campus, and support diversity recruiting events as needed. What we are looking for. - 2- 3 years of demonstrated experience in recruiting experience in corporate roles managing conversations with leaders. - Managing 20+ requisitions at the same time. - Experience building pipelining and head-hunting for technical roles - Experience generating performance KPIs - Capable to work on a global environment with constant communication with support areas - The ideal candidate must be fluent in English (80% Min). - Complete degree About Clarios: Clarios is a world leader in advanced energy storage solutions.
