ARC Group has an immediate opportunity for a SQL Data Analyst / Developer for a Jacksonville, Florida-based Direct client. This is starting out as a 12 month contract position with strong potential to extend or possibly convert to FTE. This is a 100 % remote position working East Coast hours.

TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:
  1. Expert Knowledge and experience with Database Schema and Referential Integrity
  2. Familiarity with .NET using API's and command line utilities
  3. Test Data management experience & masking technologies for PHI/sensitive information
  4. Experience with scripting (DB2 & LUA) A PLUS
  5. Expert level writing SQL and understanding of database structures and schema.
  6. Heavy script writing and execution.
Job Description: Job Title: SQL Data Analyst / Developer
 
IT Developer (ETDM) - Enterprise Test Data Management (ETDM) are accountable for the selection, assessment, procurement, de-identification, sub-setting, refresh, improvement, governance of quality, and ongoing condition of critically essential test data assets in non-production environments. This role is critical to supporting and driving test data development efforts and providing technical expertise to Domain and IT Test teams. Maintains and ensures adequacy of test data quality enabling ETDM to effectively support IT Test Data Consumers. Engages with IT partners to quantify and articulate overall data quality issues. Defines and implements approaches for resolving quality issues in support of the successful attainment of target dates and deadlines.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Supports ETDM leadership & Governance to assure continuity and reliability of test data. 9%
  • Perform tasks that assist in driving ETDM priorities and workload. 8%
  • Serves as technical SME for Domain and IT Test Teams. 8%
  • Design, Build, Maintain, Execute, and Support Technology Solutions for:
    • Custom scripts, tools, and procedures used to de-identify (Mask & Obfuscate) test data. 12%
    • Data profiling routines for analyzing test data for PHI/PII regulation and compliance. 12%
    • Tools and test scripts ensuring secure and accurate data transformation/refreshes (Ad Hoc & Scheduled). 12%
    • Data Sub-set logic to identify/select data for update and maintenance of the golden copy. 12%
    • Data extraction programs, scripts, and processes to copy test data between source and target systems. 12%
  • Supports requests that encompass the data scrubbing and preparation outbound data to external entities. 5%
  • Maintains maps to keep accurate RI across the enterprise for reliable data movement & procurement. 5%
  • Provide innovation, creativity, results in designing new tool, process, or adapting to new technologies. 5% 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 
5+ Years Professional experience with the following:
  • Data Extraction, Data Analysis, Referential Integrity, and Data Mining
  • Data Integration, Data Profiling, and Data Masking/Obfuscation
  • Relational Databases, Database Schema, and Unstructured Data
  • Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
  • Strong PL/SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, SSISDB Catalog
  • Common Office Tools
  • Communication Skills Both Verbal and Written, and Visual Presentation
 
3+ Years Professional experience with the following:
  • Data Sub-Setting of Complex Integrated Environments
  • Quality Assurance, SDLC, Agile, Waterfall
  • Interpretation of Requirements with respect to functional/technical specs
  • Familiarity with Best Practices for HIPPA, PHI, and PII
 
2+ Years Professional experience with the following:
  • Test Data Management Life Cycle, Test Data Governance
  • Script writing in a native programming language
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years related work experience at enterprise level.
Occasional work on nights and weekends to support development of projects during release cycles.
