Job Title Senior Product Manager - Technical Overview: As Mastercard is entering into the Mexico market as a new clearing house, there are new responsibilities that need to be cover locally. Primarily the daily operational process to clear and settle transactions with the other 2 clearinghouses, Prosa and E global. As of today, these activities does not exist as we process locally with E global, but once we complete current establishment of Mastercard as a Clearing house these process will be supported by a new area called Mexico Back office. The role of this new position is to support daily processes related to clearing and settlement, manage daily communications with Prosa and E global, support dispute transaction processing as a clearinghouse we will need to provide locally to our Mexico customers, validate with local compliance mandates as the central bank and local regulators will demand to clearinghouses. Rp;e" This position will cover back-office support activities for domestic processing in Mexico, which is a new area that will work locally with other clearing houses. This position supports daily reconciliation and settlement confirmation for ATM, POS and CCBP process. Drive communication with the other 2 clearing houses to validate daily activity, track events, support events related to daily reconciliation, Act as a L1 support for clearing house interchange information, communicates with OCC and CTS to support client issues. All About You: The position requires to have local knowledge related to Mexico clearing and settlement knowledge, understand the 2 main documents that basically rules local processing, the “Contrato de intercambio Domestico “ and the “Condiciones de intercambio entre camaras de Compensacion”, preferably to understand how the dispute process in Mexico works, be analytic, usage of Excel and data bases is necessary, good communication skills, team player, fluent in English.
