Become part of the startup of a dynamic team that is leading NXP on a digital transformation journey. In your role As the Sales System Architect (SSA) you will ensure maximum effectiveness of IT solutions within the Sales area, by guiding solutions to be designed and created within the Enterprise and Solution architecture. You will operate at the level of business requirements and functional designs and are responsible for architecting, designing, and, in some instances, implementing solutions for all Sales-related applications. At the same time you will be an ambassador for the Agile and DevOps way of working within our global NXP organization. There is a lot of room for new ideas and innovations and you will be supported to have a continuous focus on development, coaching and creating a supportive environment for your team.
As an SSA, you collaborate with Senior Business Process Engineers, Project Managers and architects in your own team as well as other IT teams and you own the end-to-end solution. You are responsible for conveying your architectural designs and guidelines and supporting Sr BPEs in realizing the best possible solutions to the NXP business. You balance between enforcing architectural guidelines and allowing well controlled exceptions where this is in the best interest of NXP.
You will validate the implementations to ensure the solutions are in compliance with the architecture, design and security guidelines of NXP. The architect will be current on the tools, technologies, frameworks and processes in Sales software development. They will lead, direct, guide and mentor junior members on the team – NXP badged employees as well as contractors.

The Enterprise Applications domain is primarily responsible for translating business requirements into enterprise IT applications and implementing, maintaining and supporting these applications. We have the responsibility to ensure alignment between the IT strategy and business strategy as well as alignment between information applications architecture and business requirements.
Within Sales and Marketing IT we focus on internal and external customer applications to support the Customer journey. We collaborate with Sales Ops and other business teams daily on strategic improvements, and with vendor partners to deliver easy to use applications leveraging SaaS, cloud services and custom development where needed.
