Position Overview:

The Sales Support Specialist will support the administrative needs for the Sales team to ensure sales and growth targets are achieved. 

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:

  • Administrative support to the field sales, field management and vertical market leaders.
  • Provide customized reporting as required for field sales and operations through multiple operating systems.
  • Provide corporate oversight of customer’s tariff entry and customer tariff retention.
  • Troubleshoot/resolve internal/external customer inquiries to ensure needs and expectations are met.
  • Develop and manage Vertical Market and Account Specific SOP’s.
  • Troubleshoot/Resolve any operations issues with station customers to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
  • Research companies and evaluate potential customers for AIT.
  • Develop and manage Vertical Market and Account Specific SOP’s.
  • Work closely with the station operations and IT personnel to ensure that the assigned vertical market customers are receiving the highest level of customer service.
  • Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary.

Other Skills We Hope to See:

  • Bachelor’s Degree not required, strongly preferred. Industry experience in lieu of education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales support experience, strongly preferred.
  • Ability to learn specific sales service knowledge as is relates to the support of the Sales team and customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (Intermediate, strongly preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills including demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload and manage in a multi-task environment.
  • Strong communication skills (including: telephone, e-mail, Skype, and presentations skills) and the ability to communicate accurate information.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously in the work setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and effectively communicate, implement change.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems in an empowered, self-directed/managed work environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with high energy, positivity and customer centric attitude.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism along with extreme discretion with all information at all times.
  • Must be able to perform in a fast pace / high volume work environment.
