Do you have prior experience in Hospitality (Serving/Bartending/working for tips or commission) or working Retail sales/Upselling (Mobile Phone sales, etc?) We are looking for talented entry-level sales agents who are interested in a long-term career with an industry leader in heating & air conditioning here in Jacksonville. If you enjoy a fast paced environment, and helping people (and making money and friends!) this might be the position for you....Offers competitive commission structure - base pay + commission. Easily can make $18/hr within your first month!

Responsibilities:
Responsible for proficiently demonstrating the value of plans and enrolling customers in a plan that fits the customer's needs.
Make minimum of 100 outbound calls daily
Answering incoming calls as needed
Call customers to fill unconfirmed appointments as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
persuasive speech
a firm understanding of ESC and MS Outlook email programs
Strong follow up skills
must be detail oriented and highly organized
Must have ability to exercise a high degree of diplomacy and tact
Demonstrate ability to work with diverse groups
Must be highly flexible with changing priorities
Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision

Education:
High School

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
Geographical knowledge of Jacksonville or map reading skills
High school diploma
Able to pass a 10-panel drug screen
Background check required clean of felonies

This full-time position operates on bank hours (no nights! no weekends!) and the possibility for growth within an established organization.
