As Sales Manager you are part of the key to InmoPRO's growth through the number of deals your team closes on a monthly basis. The Sales Manager is responsible for the organization and implementation of all processes needed and the team's execution to maximize the sales output of their teams.

Your success will come from ensuring that InmoPRO becomes the go-to solution for buyers when purchasing a new property

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maximization of total sales in volume and value 
  • Target setting + Monitoring + reporting of results 
  • Execution and review/re-design of processes necessary to meet targets
  • Hiring, developing, managing and retaining a AAA team
  • KPI follow up
  • Understand sales funnels, get insights on available tools, generate operative strategies 
  • Understand operation well enough to generate sales forecasts with all factors considered
  • Diagnose and find opportunity areas and generate solutions on sales processes  (shadowing, training)
  • Feedback sessions with Leadership team
  • High volume sales development

Haber cumplido con tus metas en los últimos 3 meses al menos en un 80%

No estar participando en un Plan de mejora (PIP)


Requisitos

  • Very strong communicator both in written and verbal skills

  • Very strong sales & negotiation  skills

  • Attention to detail

  • High sense of responsibility and commitment 

  • Good team management  and leadership

  • Well organized & structured working style 

  • Ownership


•  Intermediate level in spoken & written English

2-5 years leading sales teams or strong candidate from CRO TL team. Professional experience 8+
