A local organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will have traditional job responsibilities such as scheduling meetings, calendaring, screening emails and proactively supporting the Executive with reminders on upcoming business objectives. The Administrative Assistant should have intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and should be able to create and manipulate pivot tables and vlookups. The ideal Administrative Assistant will be analytical and have experience tracking and monitoring various marketing and sales campaigns/projects. It is highly preferred for the Administrative Assistant to have experience with programs such as Workflow, Monday.com, smartsheet, wrike, trullo or ring central. The Administrative Assistant must have integrity, high degree of accountability and be agile.
