Job Description

*****REMOTE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST*****
Seeking candidates with a dynamic personality and service minded mentality. This is a seasonal assignment offering base hourly pay, plus an Assignment Completion Bonus based on 4 areas; attendance & reliability, teamwork, engagement, and work product that is paid as follows:

  • Meets expectations: $300 completion
  • Exceeds expectations: $350 completion
  • Top Performer: $450 completion

    Assignment Details:
  • Hourly pay rate of $14.00/hr
  • OT - max. 2 hrs./day, only if necessary.
  • The season will run from October 26, 2020 - January 29, 2021. Probably will not go longer than January 29th.
  • The weeks of October 19th - 30th will be full training weeks
  • Schedule is 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., week of October 19th through November 20th.
  • Starting November 23rd, schedule will be 9:00 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Saturdays added to schedule starting November 28th, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and will stop January 23rd.
  • Working Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are mandatory from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Closed Black Friday, Thanksgiving Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
  • Starting January 4th will work from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
