Phlebotomist

MedPro Healthcare Staffing , a Joint Commission-certified staffing agency, is seeking a quality Phlebotomist for a contract with one of our top healthcare clients.

Requirements:

  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency when required by state.
  • Completion of an approved Phlebotomy training course.
  • Eighteen months of Phlebotomy experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

    • Duties Responsibilities

    The primary responsibility of the Phlebotomist is to draw blood from patients, collect a variety of other specimen samples as well as label the blood vials that have filled.

  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency when required by state.
  • Completion of an approved Phlebotomy training course.
  • Two years of Phlebotomy experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
