Robert Half Legal has a great opportunity for a Paralegal with Guardianship and Probate experience. This is a small boutique firm where you can work one on one with the managing partner and be entrenched on the day to day activities of all things Probate, Estate Planning, and Guardianship.

- Constant attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

- Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

- Adeptness in Amicus Attorney

- Probate & Estate Administration experience preferred

- Guardianship and adoption experience

- Estate planning experience

- Probate experience

- Comprehensive knowledge of Paralegal

- Should possess a thorough knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets

- Excellent problem-solving skills
