Job Description:

Performs those duties directly involved with administering a variety of nuclear isotopes for the purpose of scanning for and detecting pathology. Regulates the equipment used to scan for the isotope and send images to PACS. Assists in the daily operation of the. Nuclear Medicine Department. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees.

Qualifications

FL State License as Nuclear Medicine Technologist or General Radiographer
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist – Nuclear or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
Basic Life Support CPR with American Heart Assciation
Graduate of an Accredited program in Nuclear Medicine
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology ARRT (N) or
Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board- NMTCB
