Qualified candidates must have RN leadership experience as well as 5+ years in a Med Surg setting.<br /><br /><span>The Director of Med/Surg is accountable and responsible for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care in the Medical Unit and Surgical Unit. This includes overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management. Must have a valid license to practice professional nursing by the Board of Nurse Examiners of the State of Florida.
