Rate: Up to $110k

Our client, in the Career Education Industry, is seeking a Marketing Director to join their team FULL TIME!

The ideal candidate has experience in direct consumer response marketing, digital marketing and lead generation marketing.

MARKETING DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Create multitiered marketing strategies focused on lead generation
+ Creating and overseeing PPC, SEO, Social Media, and Email marketing campaigns and initiatives
+ Oversee branding strategy
+ Manage internal team of 3 and external digital agencies
+ METRICS DRIVEN, will manage analytics, KPI's and reporting process on campaigns to make changes where needed

REQUIREMENTS:
+ 7 or more years of experience in DIRECT CONSUMER MARKETING
+ 7 or more years experience in LEAD GENERATION ACROSS ALL DIGITAL PLATFORMS
+ Leadership experience
+ Analytical and strategic around lead generation (you have used data to make campaigns decisions)
+ Background stemming from career or vocational colleges is ideal
+ NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED: Bilingual a big PLUS!
