The PMO Project Lead is responsible of coordinating multifunctional internal and external project teams throughout a project’s life cycle being a key player for the business preventing roadblocks and assuring the completion of the scope on time and budget. The PMO Project Lead is a creative thinker with a highly analytical capacity and a strong leader that creates connections within the organization being and effective communicator.
