What We Need We are looking for a IT SME Sr. Professional who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization. As the IT SME Sr. Professional, you will lead advisor and technical super user in every technology business project, enhancement and issue resolution involving the Element technology platform. The IT SME is also responsible for proposing a technical solution and low-level design, taking into consideration the corporate technology architecture and guidelines. A Day in the Life Accountable for the technical solution design and implementation for PEERs and Projects assigned Responsible to guide the development team in the technical tasks Responsible for the low-level design documentation and its execution by the developers, including also the integration between applications Audit the technical work done by the developers, including source code and technical documentation Give solutions to technical doubts and questions from the functional teams Responsible to guarantee that the aligned and approved enterprise and technical architecture is followed as designed Follow and comply with the Element change management process Requirements Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science/Systems or at least 5 years of experience in a similar role Background and experience in .NET and/or C# web solutions Experience on applications support Structured programming and database skills High capacity to analyze and understand business requirements Understanding of the software development life cycle (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) Excellent communications skills in both English and Spanish Desirable system, data, and mapping experience What’s in it for You • A culture of innovation, empowerment, decision-making, and accountability • Comprehensive health and welfare benefits that serve the needs of you and your family and foster a culture of wellness • Additional benefits and amenities, including paid time-off programs (vacation, sick leave, and holidays) • Flexible work environments Candidates must be willing to comply with a pre-employment background check.
