CommScope is hiring a Senior Continuous Process Engineer for our Manufacturing Site to be based out of Reynosa, Mexico.

The Senior Continuous Improvement Process Engineer is a leader and facilitator within a team. The role is to develop and implement a unified approach to the CPI process at CommScope with the intention of delivering high quality products and services through lean processes and efficient value added to the high standards maintained by CommScope. This position has organizational functions and multi-functional interactions with Clients, Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Human Resources, and any other applicable area for the support of Continuous opportunities to Improve the Process. Must be a leader of the Continuous Improvement Process for both internal and external processes. The position requires the ability to identify added value against waste and the application of structured methodologies to eliminate waste.

Ideal candidate will be required to facilitate new methodologies and approaches to eliminate natural waste and inefficiencies that exist in the organization's Value Stream. Will be responsible for the Continuous Improvement of the Processes within the site and scope of the indicated sites. The engineer will facilitate change while working on a structured management matrix.
