Overview : The Director of Labor Relations and Governmental Affairs, Latin America will lead Aptiv’s strategies on labor relations related cases in Mexico. S/he will advise on all aspects of labor law, interpret Federal Mexican Law and its application within Aptiv, to comply with the highest ethical business standards. This executive will provide consultation according to legislation in labor matters and internal norms.

Compensation : Commensurate with experience.
Experience : 7+ years of general experience in labor related litigation including at least two years in-house experience in labor law role. Bilingual; Spanish and English languages required.
Relocation: Yes, to Ciudad Juarez, Mexico or El Paso, Texas.
