Software development firm is seeking a DevOps Engineer to develop, test, maintain and support applications. Analyze and troubleshoot software problems and recommend viable solutions. In this role, the DevOps Engineer will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Support existing software architecture and infrastructure and develop new technologies. Develop software and software fixes to integrate and maintain internal systems that support the continuous development and integration process. Ensure code quality, test and distribute code updates, and monitor the health and stability of production systems. Will also be responsible for activities and planning while supporting production launches for sites and mobile app releases.

-Strong experience as a DevOps engineer or equivalent software engineering role
-Experience working with other teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve high impact website and mobile app issues.
-Experience working on running production environments.
-Experience with quality assurance activities.
-Strong software build automation experience.
-Experience in cloud and on-prem network, server, and application-status monitoring.
-Experience with automation tools and CI/CD principle.
-Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, Ansible, Selenium, SQL, PHP/Node.js/Java, Git, Jira and Docker.
-Experience with DevOps tools like GIT, BitBucket, and GitHub.
-Amazon AWS cloud infrastructure experience.
-Deep knowledge and understanding of SDLC process, network systems and IT infrastructure for support, maintenance and planning purposes.
-Thorough understanding of network architecture, server installation, configuration, and support. Solid working knowledge of VMware or related virtualization technology, LDAP, Apache web server, DNS, firewalls and load balancers.
