Description The Production Engineer has the responsibility of provide support to Assembly Process maintaining in optimal conditions the Equipment and Process, is responsible to provide coach to Maintenance Technicians and Production FST's. Administrate projects with the support of internal and external resources . Responsible to generate the Maintenance Plans as well the proper spare part list to ensure the function of the equipment of the Assembly Lines Provide the technical support required by Production and/or other Engineering Areas Responsibilities Ensure proper Process/Equipment function of Production Lines. Ensure the Process meets with Safety, Quality and Production standards established. Develop and implementation of documentation changes related with the Process. Define the Preventive Maintenance plans as well the spare part list required for the equipment. Collaborate with PM Coordinator in the implementation of Preventive Maintenance tasks for Production Equipment. Assist to Maintenance Technicians and Production FST's over Process/Equipment issues. Cost Reduction Projects Administrate Projects with internal or external resources. Requirements Basic Mechanical Electrical Engineering and/or 4 experience years in similar position. Preferred Knowledge of Electric Control and PLC systems. Knowledge on Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Electrical (automated systems) Knowledge in Office, Auto Cad and Engineering software's. Experience on Equipment Troubleshooting. Experience on Metal-Mechanical and Welding Process. Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
