Civil Project Manager / Estimator – Heavy Highway
Location: Jacksonville/St. Augustine area of Florida
Job#3032  

Our client that specializes in Heavy Highway Construction has a need for a Civil Project Manager / Estimator for the Jacksonville/St. Augustine, Florida area.

This is a full-time, permanent position.


Qualified candidates must be self-motivated with at least 5 years’ experience and be familiar with site development and highway construction, understand job cost management, have a strong work ethic.

Requirements:

  • BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil commercial development, heavy highway construction or related field
  • Estimating experience preferred
  • Solid decision making, communication and problem solving skills
  • Experience in a supervisory/leadership position with strong people skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and quality management systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Construction Related Software (HCSS preferred)
  • Ability to Travel, which may occasionally be required for short intervals
