Administrative Assistant / Account Manager
OfficeTeam is looking to fill an Account Manager / Administrative Assistant role for a management team. The Assistant will be in charge of maintaining a wide range of administrative duties. You will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment where hard-work and quick thinking are rewarded. This role is located in the Miami, Florida area and is a long term temporary-to-full time employment opportunity.
Must be Trilingual - English, Spanish and Portuguese
Key responsibilities:
Be liaison between Miami Headquarters and the Brazilian Market
Organizing presentations
New Business development
All administrative duties
Monitor calls
Produce reports and financial data
Schedule travel and meeting arrangements
Educate and run other support staff and customer relations
