Logging Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Outlook Functional Inbox.
• Attend & redirect Internal & External stakeholders’ requests.
• Log on Salesforce Customer Purchase Orders to be booked by Order Processors.
• Identify Continuous Improvement initiatives on the Logging process.
• Participate in projects assigned by the Leadership
  
  

Position Requirements

• University student: Industrial Engineering or Logistics
• English Level: Intermediate to Advanced (mainly Oral)
• Customer Centric
• Attention to Details
• Able to work under pressure
• Flexible Schedule (mostly in the morning)
