Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or equal combination of education + experience. At least (5) years of experience in large team management. Knowledge and understanding of the role and impact of social media in the customer care environment. expertise on inbound customer. experience in process improvement.
Project Management knowledge.
Prefferd: Working Level or Higher knowledge of Ms project.
Experience with outbound telemarketing.
International Business Master degree.
