Instruction is cutting edge and flexible, using a project learning based, dual immersion bilingual curriculum customized for our unique students and programming needs. Teachers must be creative, highly adaptable, and be willing to commit to at least one year in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. Bilingual Spanish/English, concentration in art, technology, or expertise in project-based learning strongly preferred.

This program offers a high level Eglish program under no cost to the qualified applicants that look to join ibex but lack the English level required.

• Commitment to adhere to the schedule and duration of iSpeak.
• Actively participate in every class with enthuasiasm and attention toimprove their language ability.
• Shows interest in the learning process.
• Complies and delivers every class activity requested with dedication and quality.
• Demonstrates responsability and punctuality everyday.
• Undergoes the evaluations and validations as requested by the English Coaches.

Qualifications

Language/Communication Skills

• Ability to fluently speak and write English.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Ability to type 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
• Ability to effectively navigate the internet, email and instant messaging.
• Basic computer proficiency.
