Perfil Requerido

  • Estudios profesionales concluidos en áreas como Administración, Comunicación, Mercadotecnia o afín.
  • Experiencia en organización de eventos, logística o actividades estudiantiles.
  • Habilidades de organización, trabajo en equipo y atención al detalle.
  • Actitud proactiva, dinámica y con vocación de servicio a la comunidad estudiantil.

This Role Involves

  • Ensuring all sports-related events are fully staffed and executed according to client specifications and needs.
  • Identifying and addressing operational issues to enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring the department aligns with company goals and adheres to financial budgets and targets.
  • Planning, coordinating, and managing assigned ticketed and corporate events for Coca-Cola Arena, assisting with the service of all Coca-Cola Arena clients in the event planning and execution process when required.
  • Managing sports and tickets events Merchandise.
  • Identifying and communicate the needs of sports teams, artists, and promoters to all departments to ensure proper service throughout the event.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of new innovations, process improvements, and upgrades to existing Coca-Cola Arena products and services.
  • Assisting the Director of Services and Head of Event Operations as required in the operation of the department.

You Should Have

Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in Hospitality / Event Management qualifications or equivalent experience

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar role
  • Experience in Sports events is a plus
  • Previous experience in the UAE
  • Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in events
  • Fluent in English, Arabic will be a plus

The Job 
WBD’s GCO team is seeking an enthusiastic Content Ops Specialist to join the team responsible for the supply of content to multiple digital platforms. The Specialist will support key onboarding and triage support in the FAST and AVOD business lines. The ideal candidate is consumer obsessed, exceptionally organized, technically proficient, and eager to learn and support a variety of critical functions across the team. 

 

The Daily – Major Activities  

• Perform key actions in WBD distribution tools to deliver and triage content to various partners and platforms (70%)  

• Maintain partner rejection intake and drive resolution with stakeholder teams (20%) 

• Other duties as assigned (10%) 

The Essentials 

  • 1-3 years of experience in TV programming or scheduling, digital media, project management, or other similar role 

  • Full working proficiency in English 

  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of skills 

  • Outstanding skills in Microsoft Excel required 

  • Extremely organized, with meticulous attention to detail 

 

The Nice to Haves

THE POSITION

Reporting organizationally to the Executive Director Administration (Mexico) and to the Senior Manager, Uniforms (Miami). The Manager, Uniforms will work in close collaboration with the FIFA Uniforms/Workforce teams and other key individuals responsible for delivering the uniform workstream for FIFA World Cup 26™ and any other relevant events in lead up to the tournament. 
 
The main responsibilities of the Manager, Uniforms for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:  
  • Positively and collaboratively support the FWC2026 Uniforms program with all initiatives leading up to and including tournament-time delivery. 
  • Maintain shared responsibility for business assets and uniforms, ensuring fair and equitable entitlements of goods to relevant parties. 
  • Lead on strategy for planning of uniform distribution operations for Host City delivery model. 
  • Become an expert with new systems, technological applications which will serve the distribution process of uniforms across the tournament. 
  • Critical to deliver both the strategy and implementation uniform program in lockstep with Senior Manager to various stakeholders, ensuring consistent approach across 16 Host Cities, 3 countries. 
  • Maintain awareness and established control mechanisms of inventory throughout product lifecycle, to be rolled out to each distribution centre. 
  • Develop and support dissolution process for key assets and facilities. 
  • Work in collaboration with the Senior Manager to define the uniform training program and related materials; deliver trainings across multiple Host Cities collaboratively. 
  • Uphold established workforce and uniform guidelines, policies, and procedures. 
  • Demonstrate exemplary communication skills within the FWC2026 functional areas, supporting uniform team members with information dissemination. 
  • Execute tasks with a focus on Customer Excellence to clients, internal and external, across the business. 
  • Travel will be required to support tournament and pre-tournament deliverables. 
  • Shift work will be required during delivery of the tournament.
