THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:

  • Have oversight of the Clearing House procedures and proactively work on the optimization of the process: support the Team Lead in the preparation of workflows and standard operating procedures.
  • Resend cases to the FIFA Clearing House and follow the cases through the various stages.
  • Handle cases of non-compliance with the FIFA Clearing House Regulations: investigation and assessment of cases, escalation to relevant judicial body if necessary.
  • Support in the optimization of the JIRA workflow and issues’ management.
  • Analyse the data provided through the relevant dashboards, identify and address issues or discrepancies.
  • Implement quality control mechanisms in coordination with the Team Lead.
  • Communicate with clubs and member associations regarding the status of their cases, the FIFA Clearing House framework and processes; assist the Education, Communication and Support Team in resolving queries in a timely manner through Freshdesk.
  • Support the Team Lead in the review of the Helpdesk methodologies and in the preparation of relevant “canned responses” used to communicate with the stakeholders.
  • Liaise with stakeholders (internal teams and external organizations) to foster an efficient process.
  • Understand and develop KPIs to identify patterns and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Find solutions to deal with the Operations workload in an efficient manner.
  • Support in the transition to the new client portal of the FIFA Clearing House.
  • Assist with the drafting of presentations, press releases and other material for project communication purposes, participating in meetings and webinars as requested.
  • Support the Operations Team Lead in the definition and execution of the strategy of the Department.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in any other FIFA language (French and/or Spanish) required.
  • Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel and JIRA.
  • Good knowledge and command of IT systems and tools like TMS, Power BI, and ticketing tools like Freshdesk.

Your Purpose

The Vice President, Strategic Accounts is responsible for leading and growing MSC Cruises USA’s most valuable trade partnerships across National Accounts, Strategic Accounts, and Consortia. Your Impact

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for National and Strategic Accounts to ensure the achievement of commercial goals.

Your Journey so far

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in sales, account management, or business development within the cruise, travel, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven success managing strategic account portfolios and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Deep knowledge of and relationships within the consortia landscape (Virtuoso, Signature, Ensemble, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
  • Background managing teams of Strategic Accounts Directors, Managers and support staff.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and contract negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness and availability to travel 30–50% of the time.

Your New Role...


CNN is looking for a creative and driven Video Producer to join our team. In this key role, you’ll help shape the visual identity of our show, working closely with a small, fast-moving production team. Your work will directly influence the look and feel of our live segments, pre-produced packages, and promotional teases—across multiple hours of both live and taped content. This role requires someone with sharp editorial sensibilities and the ability to manage a heavy editing load with precision and speed.


Your Role Accountabilities...

 

• Curate powerful video and audio elements to enhance live and recorded segments
• Assist with research, media organization, scripting, and video editing
• Collaborate with editors to produce polished, visually engaging content
• Support the production of multiple hours of programming, both live and pre-taped
• Take on a high volume of editing tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Manage video playback during live shows and update elements for later airings
• Quickly source, ingest, and organize video content during breaking news
• Work efficiently in a control room setting under tight deadlines
• Contribute ideas for guest segments, story angles, and visual storytelling
• Adapt to a flexible schedule that may include weekends or extended hours during major news events


Your Qualifications & Experience…

 

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or a related field preferred—or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of production experience in a newsroom or broadcast environment
• Strong editorial judgment with a keen eye for impactful storytelling
• Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple hours of live and taped content
• Comfortable handling a demanding editing workload with tight turnarounds
• Excellent writing, communication, research, and time management skills
• Solid understanding of show production workflows
• Ability to write for television and contribute creatively to scripts and segments
• Calm, quick-thinking demeanor when news breaks

Your New Role...

 

CNN is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Copy Editor to join our editorial team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape the clarity, accuracy, and tone of our on-air scripts, ensuring every word reflects CNN’s commitment to excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with producers and writers, playing a key role in maintaining the editorial integrity and style of our programming—even under intense breaking news pressure. Your editorial sensibility will guide you in making quick, accurate decisions, while your understanding of video production will enable you to contribute effectively to every stage of the production process.


Your Role Accountabilities...


• Review and edit scripts for accuracy, clarity, grammar, balance, and tone
• Ensure all copy adheres to CNN’s editorial standards, stylebook, and legal guidelines
• Verify all on-air elements including graphics, fonts, and video cues for accuracy and consistency
• Offer editorial feedback and coaching to writers and producers as needed
• Rewrite or rework scripts to enhance clarity and make them more compelling and conversational for anchors
• Communicate script issues proactively with producers, flagging concerns early and offering solutions
• Check that scripts align with approved source material, and confirm video and font information is correct
• Format scripts properly with production cues for the control room and directorial team
• Occasionally write scripts and take an active role in preparing the editorial rundown
• Write and line produce segments or shows as needed, particularly during breaking news or high-volume shifts
• Contribute to network-wide editorial excellence by pointing out errors or discrepancies in scripts, wires, or on-air content
• Understand video production processes and contribute to video editing tasks if needed, ensuring scripts align perfectly with on-screen visuals and sound
• Demonstrate a high editorial sensibility, making swift editorial decisions in fast-paced environments to uphold CNN’s journalistic standards

Your Qualifications & Experience…


• 5+ years of full-time experience in broadcast news writing and/or editing
• Four-year college degree or equivalent professional newsroom experience
• Expert-level editing skills with a strong grasp of accuracy, tone, balance, and style
• Proven ability to produce high-quality, deadline-driven content quickly and efficiently
• Strong adaptability—able to pivot during breaking news, match anchor styles, and rewrite on the fly
• Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to collaboration
• Familiarity with CNN’s Stylebook, editorial standards, and font coding preferred
• Comfortable taking initiative and leading the scriptwriting process across segments
• A solid understanding of video production and the ability to edit video if needed to ensure visual and editorial cohesion
