Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They're brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. Job Responsibilities:

  • Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by:
  • Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
  • Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
  • Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including anything from unique accessories cutting-edge IoT devices.
  • Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion.

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. Required

Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.

What You'll Do

  • You will help strengthen Yelp’s revenue retention by providing exceptional and timely customer support
  • You will consult and educate Yelp advertisers by answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails
  • You will show clients the value of Yelp by highlighting their investment returns through ad performance metrics
  • You will become an expert in Yelp’s advertising solutions and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs - asking probing questions and handling objections will be critical to your success
  • You will exhibit strong communication skills, both externally with clients and internally with other Yelp employees
  • You will remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • You will consistently achieve/exceed monthly goals
  • You will work with both English and Spanish speaking customers

What It Takes To Succeed

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client facing experience
  • You possess written and verbal fluency in communicating with Spanish speaking customers
  • You are technically proficient with computers and information systems
  • You have strong communication (verbal and written)
  • You excel with problem solving and troubleshooting
  • You have experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
  • You have a love for local businesses and understand their importance in local economies
  • You have excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track and complete numerous details
  • You have the ability to handle tough conversations with business owners in a professional, solutions-oriented manner
  • You have the ability to strike a balance between consulting and supporting as needed
  • You are willing to receive and implement feedback
  • You have the ability to embrace a fast paced and always-changing environment

Salary Schedule

To provide an appropriate educational atmosphere which encourages positive student learning and to participate in a dynamic setting with other classroom teachers, administrators, curriculum specialists and other staff members in the development and implementation of the school’s programs and goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Certification or eligible for certification by the Florida State Department of Education to teach in the State of Florida


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of prescribed curriculum and child development; ability to communicate effectively using written and oral communication skills; knowledge of current research; basic knowledge of technology; planning and organizational skills; ability to manage the classroom and supervise students; skill in analyzing, diagnosing and evaluating student progress and programs; knowledge of varied learning styles; ability to use effective, positive interpersonal skills. REPORTS TO School Principal

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works with administrators and instructional teams to plan and implement hands-on programs and activities for students and the school.
  • Participates as an active member with other faculty and staff.
  • Participates in a cooperative effort with faculty and staff to plan, implement and evaluate programs of continuing school improvement.
  • Manages classroom and supervises proper care of equipment used.
  • Participates in personal professional growth activities focused on the acquisition of new and improved skills and knowledge.
  • Diagnoses and analyzes student progress and programs for the purpose of providing appropriate instruction based on the developmental stages of students.
  • Utilizes a variety of instructional techniques to meet the individual needs of students.
  • Utilizes technology and current research in instruction.
  • Evaluates students’ progress on a regular basis.
  • Utilizes classroom management techniques conducive to an effective classroom climate.
  • Shows sensitivity to students, parents and the community and promotes student self-esteem.
  • Maintains professional relationship between school and parents.
  • Maintains contact with parents through parent-teacher conferences, telephone, or written communications.
  • Encourages parental involvement through school activities, connecting home and school.
  • Maintains all records as required, including but not limited to grade books, attendance records and student progress reports.
  • Assists in the protection of student and school property.
  • Responsible for keeping up to date on current technology, as job appropriate, being used by OCPS. With the support of the district, attends training to ensure skill level in various technologies is at the level required to perform in current position.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate information they maintain as part of their job responsibilities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Principal.

Job Description

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

Operates as a representative of the company by answering and documenting all incoming contacts to determine their nature while responding to complex calls related to specialized services.

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is
