Job Summary: This position is integral to leading new business initiatives, strategic planning and modeling, as well as having full responsibility for analysis of certain aspects of the P&L, including forecasting, budgeting and Ad Hoc analysis related to those line items. This position works cross-functionally, with multiple department senior leaders within the Burger King organization and within the broader RBI organization, acting as both a business owner and the primary finance resource for decision making related to their areas of ownership.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Integral to the budget, forecast and strategic planning process related to certain aspects of the P&L
  • Performs ongoing financial analysis of certain aspects of P&L to assess performance vs. budget and forecast and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Builds dynamic financial models and provides financial support for special projects as directed by senior management
  • Responsible for ensuring financials (actuals, budget, and forecast) are delivered on time and accurately, with sound assumptions developed for any forecasted items in conjunction with cross-functional teams within Burger King organization
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Leads initiatives based on upon strategic goals of the organization
  • Presents analyses, results, and forecasts to senior leadership
  • Responsible for reconciling all invoice payments and acting as the finance lead to various vendors

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or CFA preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to learn and be challenged
  • Strong analytical, organizational and excel skills, including experience with building sustainable financial forecasting models from scratch
  • Knowledge of financial principals of forecasting & budgeting processes
  • Experience in Financial Reporting either internally or externally
  • Familiarity with OneStream and SAP is an asset
  • Highly proficient with MS Office applications. Must be an advanced user in Excel with in-depth knowledge of advanced formulas, charting, and model structuring
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization through various forms (oral presentation, PowerPoint, etc.)

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Service Leader is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. He/she maintains a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.   • 3-5 years' of management experience. Managed a medium mobile software development team in the delivery of medium size technical solutions using agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skill in order to provide guidance and support to development teams.
  • Strong technical background and significant experience with SDLC in an Agile environment.

  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Drive continuous A/B testing to enhance open and click-through rates, attributed revenue and orders, while optimizing messaging based on data insights. You’ll need to be comfortable with reading and analyzing our weekly campaign reporting and deriving new hypothesis for tests and enhancing our contact strategy.
  • Customer Segmentation: You’ll work with our Director of Data Personalization to co-create and enhance segments for personalized communication, employing an analytical approach to customer data and segmentation. One of the top skillsets we’re looking for is someone that is analytically curious, and always looking for more ways to personalize leveraging data.
  • Automated Workflows: Design and manage automated email and push journeys, including welcome series, post-purchase follow-ups, and win-back campaigns.
  • Omnichannel Integration: Ensure consistent CRM efforts across digital, in-store, and various communication channels for a seamless customer experience.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with loyalty, operations, marketing, creative, legal, MarTech, and digital teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business strategies.
  • Analytics & Insights: Use customer data to identify growth opportunities, track campaign effectiveness, and report on key performance metrics. You’ll be responsible for helping to deliver the quarterly and annual revenue metrics for CRM.
  • CRM Technology: Help influence the selection and optimization of CRM tools (e.g., Journey building, CDPs, DAMs, etc.) to improve automation and reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor a small team of CRM professionals, as well as 3rd party partners, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, MIS, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, including 2+ years in a people managing role.
  • Proven track record in driving retention and engagement through effective CRM strategies, particularly in email and push.
  • Experience with Adobe email and push solutions (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, etc.), as well as workflow management tools (e.g. Asana, Adobe WorkFront, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Experience in QSR, restaurants, retail, or eCommerce is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with writing SQL isn’t required, but very much a nice-to-have
  • Comfortable with using Tableau dashboards for reporting

The Service Aide- Intern assists Park Managers, Assistant Park Managers, and maintenance personnel in routine park operation and maintenance tasks. This position is responsible for safety of park facilities and enforcement of all park rules and regulations.
 
This internship is designed to provide students enrolled in high school with practical work experience. Individuals employed in this class receive training and experience in a variety of beginning level processes and tasks to help prepare them for future careers in government.

Schedules may include weekends, holidays and irregular hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

RECREATION DIVISION

  • Performs general maintenance and clean up duties at the park which include, but not limited to, the emptying of trash receptacles, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, wiping down tables, chairs and other furnishings, replenishing toilet paper and hand towels, and cleaning concession area, restrooms and fields.
  • Assists with setup and breakdown of City sanctioned events and activities. 
  • Learns to perform routine inspections of park facilities for hazards to ensure the safety of the public and park facilities.
  • Enforces safety and other park rules and regulations; administers first aid as required.
  • Learns to Coach, officiate, and keep score of games during various City sanctioned sports leagues.

The Lifeguard I is responsible for safeguarding the safety of patrons at the City pools. This role involves enforcing pool rules, monitoring the pool area, and responding to emergencies. The Lifeguard I must be prepared to administer first aid and CPR when necessary.

This position is classified as a non-exempt, part-time position with a 28-hour or less work-week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

Essential Functions:

  • Continuously monitor swimmers and pool activities to identify potential hazards and prevent accidents.
  • Enforces pool rules and regulations consistently and firmly to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
  • Responds promptly to any signs of distress or emergencies, including water rescues, administering CPR, and first aid.

  • A comparable combination of the listed qualifications may be considered if no other successful candidates are identified for the position, subject to the discretion of the City Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

Essential Functions:

  • Performs manual work in semi-skilled jobs involving maintenance, repair of buildings and/or grounds, and minor construction.  
  • Assists with setup and breakdown of City sanctioned events and activities. 
  • Assists in park inspections to ensure the safety of the public and park facilities.
  • Identifies, repairs and prevents possible safety hazards or causes of injury.
  • Answers department phones and assists customers.
  • Enforces safety and other park rules and regulations; administers first aid as required.
  • Performs general maintenance and clean up duties at the park which include, but not limited to, the emptying of trash receptacles, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, wiping down tables, chairs and other furnishings, replenishing toilet paper and hand towels, and cleaning concession area, restrooms and fields.

  • A High School diploma or a GED equivalent.

  • Additional specialized training such as camp instructor, teacher or a related field is desirable. 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS REQUIRED

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

General Purpose

 

The Aquatics Manager is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of all aquatic facilities and programs within the City.   • Coordinates maintenance activities to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all facility areas.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • An Associate’s Degree OR 60 earned credits.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience

  • Must possess the American Red Cross Lifeguard with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers 

AND

Must possess one of the following certifications: 

  • Water Safety Instructor Certification OR
