The Service Rep 5 is an entry level position responsible for assisting with customer service inquiries and providing solutions based on client needs in coordination with the Customer Service function. The overall objective is to analyze the best course of action to resolve client issues..

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms
  • Effectively use various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge specific groups of Citi products and services
  • Analyze and identify potential risks and identify solutions that meet client needs
  • Complete assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Solve disputes and retain clients, while minimizing operating loss, through adherence to established rules and regulations
  • Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years’ work experience in a related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
  • Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Must be fluent in Speaking, Writing, and Reading Spanish.

Funciones

  • Efectuar todas las operaciones derivadas de los Productos y Servicios establecidos por la Institución, generados por ventanilla, de acuerdo a lo señalado en las políticas, procedimientos y disposiciones legales establecidas por el Banco.
  • Contribuir como miembro del equipo de servicio de una sucursal a su éxito, alcanzando los objetivos convenidos para brindar un servicio de calidad y excelencia a sus clientes mediante el cumplimiento de las normas y procedimientos establecidos por el Banco, ejerciendo de manera correcta todas las actividades de servicio que marca nuestra Filosofía de Ventas y Servicio.

  • Identificar clientes que estén cancelando algún producto o servicio informándole oportunamente al Gerente /Ejecutivo de Cuenta Jr. y Sr. para su retención.
  • Ejecutar el cierre contable de las operaciones diarias de ventanilla con alta calidad.
  • Apoyar y participar en las campañas institucionales.
  • Realizar activamente operaciones eficaces y eficientes en sus áreas respectivas, a la vez que garantiza la idoneidad, el cumplimiento y la eficacia de los controles de negocios diarios a fin de cumplir con las obligaciones destinadas a reducir el riesgo operacional, el riesgo de incumplimiento reglamentario, el riesgo de lavado de dinero y de financiamiento al terrorismo y el riesgo de conducta, entre las que se incluyen las responsabilidades establecidas bajo el Marco de Gestión del Riesgo Operacional, el Marco de Gestión de Riesgo del Incumplimiento Reglamentario, el Manual Internacional de Prevención del Lavado de Dinero y Financiamiento al Terrorismo y las Pautas para la Conducta en los Negocios

Requisitos

  • Preparatoria terminada, preferente licenciatura en áreas económico-administrativas
  • Experiencia laboral en servicio al cliente
  • Experiencia en cajas
  • Deseable experiencia en ventas.

What’s the role?
At Bloomberg Engineering & CTO Finance, we are committed to providing world-class support to our business partners in Engineering and CTO partners by providing insight on business performance, financial oversight and thought leadership. We are looking for a finance specialist to join our larger finance team supporting the Engineering and CTO businesses. As a leading member of this team, you will have the opportunity to deliver a unique blend of financial and operational analysis, financial modeling, and reporting and senior management support in a fast-paced and cutting-edge business. Your financial oversight will involve not only the people and technology assets but also new product development, strategic and cutting-edge technology initiatives. You will also be responsible for building tools that serve longer-term needs. Your ability to develop relationships with stakeholders across the organization and strong analytical and communication skills will help you be successful in this role.

We’ll trust you to:
  • Support development and prioritization of key finance transformation activities in order to track performance of business plans and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and business metrics
  • Draft quarterly financial updates, annual operating plans, and other business planning presentations
  • Manage FP&A requirements in adherence to corporate requirements and processes
  • Oversee resource management, resource allocations and resource related reporting and analysis (headcount, operating expenses and capital expenditure)
  • Support the development of members of the finance team
You’ll need to have:
  • 6+ years’ experience in financial analysis
  • Advanced excel, VBA including macros and desktop/process automation skills Advanced financial modeling and data visualization skills
  • BA/BS in Finance or Data or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience driving finance transformation within established, fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes of issues and projects
  • Experience carrying out complex work with autonomy and make decisions within scope of responsibilities
  • Team player who can work across multiple departments and levels within the company
We’d love to see:
  • Degree in quantitative subject: Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics
  • Experience in financial services or a financial data provider industry a strong plus
  • Domain knowledge in commercial real estate, facilities, and infrastructure management
  • Flexibility to work in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with the Bloomberg terminal is useful, but not required
  • Experience with Enterprise software applications e.g., SAP
  • Experience with data visualization applications e.g., Tableau or Qlik

Salary Range = 110000 - 150000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus

As a Wealth Advisor in the International Private Bank, you will help ensure that our clients’ estate, income, tax, philanthropic, and other planning needs are identified and met through a comprehensive understanding of their wealth and objectives. 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as an advisor to clients on personal planning matters
  • Identify opportunities for the Bank to serve in a current or future fiduciary capacity
  • Serve as a resource for clients needing solutions regarding executive compensation, retirement planning, and business succession planning
  • Assist Bankers and other team members in their new business efforts
  • Cultivate relationships with professional advisors (PAs), principally attorneys and accountants, and coordinate the team’s strategy with respect to PA outreach
  • Deliver in-market educational presentations to internal and external audiences (including prospects, clients, and PAs), write and review articles for internal and external publication, and engage in interviews for articles in trade and general publications, and other media
  • Support the coordination of sales efforts among Bankers, Investors, Capital Advisors and Trust and Estate Officers

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Five plus years of complex estate and wealth planning experience
  • Professional designations required: JD
  • Recognized expertise in managing the estate planning needs of high-net-worth individuals
  • Sales experience, including: profiling, overcoming objections, negotiating, team-selling approach, closing the sale and bringing in referrals
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and local transfer tax law and local substantive trust law, with the ability to apply that knowledge to client-specific planning situations
  • Strong knowledge of individual, fiduciary, corporate and partnership income tax laws, with ability to apply that knowledge to client-specific planning situations
  • Ability to evaluate wealth transfer goals of clients and prospects, identify which of the available techniques are appropriate, explain opportunities to clients and prospects and work with clients and prospects, and their other advisors, to determine best ways to implement

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • CPA designation
  • Ability to partner with clients’ other advisors (principally their attorneys and  accountants)
  • Demonstrated understanding of other wealth management disciplines, including investing and credit
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment
