What we’re looking for...

You’ll Need To Have

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish.

This position will report to the Investigations Director and will have the following key competencies and responsibilities:


  • Work closely with GIG team to execute investigations and special reviews with a moderate level of supervision (relevant to the years of experience).
  • Assist on fact finding and investigative interviews of key subjects. Prepare succinct interview memos summarizing the topics discussed, findings and other observations.
  • Perform email reviews to identify evidence of fraud and to corroborate information uncovered during the investigative process. Summarize and present the results of email reviews to management highlighting relevant facts and observations.
  • Draft reports detailing work performed and conclusions reached that require minimal editing and provide a clear message to ensure client understanding and suggestion for corrective action.
  • Ability to concurrently work on multiple projects, participate in assignments in a team environment, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to identify audit risks, fraud risks, investigative concerns and appropriate testing or investigative procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Spanish is required, and a knowledge of Portuguese is highly desired.

TE ESTAMOS BUSCANDO: Especialista de Impacto Social. Serás responsable de : Diseñar, Implementar y ejecutar la estrategia de la política corporativa de Responsabilidad Social, garantizando la aplicación de los lineamientos globales, regionales y locales y la integración con el plan de negocio del país con el fin de contribuir a mejorar la calidad de vida de las comunidades cercanas a las operaciones.

Tus principales retos serán:

  • Gestionar relaciones con autoridades gubernamentales y asegurar cumplimiento legal.
  • Ejecutar trabajo de campo y gestionar proyectos sociales y de derechos humanos.
  • Implementar los lineamientos corporativos de Responsabilidad Social y Derechos Humanos en la operación local.
  • Coordinar el posicionamiento de programas sociales y su integración con Producción y Operaciones.
  • Diseñar e implementar iniciativas y formación en Derechos Humanos.
  • Ejecutar programas de inversión social y asegurar su alineación con la estrategia global.
  • Monitorear y reportar KPIs de inversión social y Derechos Humanos a Corporativo y COMEX.
  • Dar seguimiento al Human Rights Assessment, asegurando la implementación de acciones y mejoras.
  • Administrar el presupuesto y asegurar una ejecución financiera eficiente.

Requisitos indispensables:

  • Graduado/a en Desarrollo Sostenible, Responsabilidad Social, Sociología, Comunicación Social, Relaciones Internacionales, Trabajo Social, Derecho y carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos sociales, manejo de conflictos, manejo de relaciones con autoridades gubernamentales.
  • Manejo de presupuesto.
  • Inglés A2- B1
  • Tener vehículo propio
  • Disponibilidad de viajar entre sedes.

Lugar: Nagarote y diferentes sedes.
