Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities 
-Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements
-Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved  at a minimum weekly
-Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment

What you’ll be doing:



Work closely with Delivery, Account Management and Sales to support them to market and build a better local perception of Concentrix
Help achieve revenue, GM, EBITDA and OI financial targets
Improve candidate throughput from direct hiring channels by building a strong brand pull and reducing our cost per hire
Improve retention by working closely with HR to strengthen staff engagement and promote programs that build talent, reinforce a strong corporate culture and turn staff members into raving fans of our brand
Ensure the local execution of global marketing priorities
Assist with global marketing responsibilities including budget reporting of PR and advertising spend in your region
Assist with global marketing reports


Staff Branding

Produce compelling content for use in all forms of marketing that showcases Concentrix’ strengths and value to staff and prospective new hires
Develop and execute a structured internal communications program in your region that helps staff understand the big picture and how they fit in it
Develop internal and external marketing campaigns about non-traditional staff benefits such as a great working environment, career development, personal growth and more

Recruitment Marketing

Support our business to achieve hiring targets in your region
Drive greater candidate throughput from direct hiring channels
Drive deep engagement with job seekers across all social platforms
Lead the development of marketing assets and social media marketing


Customer Branding

Support Delivery in achieving its target of customer VOC score of >=9
Ensure Delivery leaders have access to marketing materials that specifically address our competitive advantage
Constantly execute content strategy to positively influence our clients’ perception of Concentrix


Internal Communications and CSR

Assist HR to promote staff engagement activities, advertising and the development of employer branding, ensuring advertising creative and placement reinforces Concentrix’ brand image
Create internal communications in support of global marketing efforts
Provide communications strategy and support to management for local CSR initiatives

Your skills, attributes and qualifications:

Experience developing and implementing marketing strategy for a global organization
Experience writing, presenting and driving business cases though a senior team
Demonstrated proficiency in writing compelling stories and press releases
Demonstrated public relations experience, including successfully pitching stories to the media

Propósito del puesto
Esta posición requerirá probar tu conocimiento y habilidad en diseño grafico y redaccion de contenido para nuestras plataformas digitales. Conocimientos básicos sobre energías renovables y/o sistemas eléctricos es un plus. Deberás crear diseños que comuniquen de forma efectiva nuestras ofertas a clientes potenciales.
Deberás tener conocimientos de diseño grafico y fotografia, conocimientos de mercadeo digital, ser proactivo, y dinamico. La calidad de expresión escrita y oral es muy importante, así como la claridad de pensamiento y visión.
Responsabilidades principales

  • Crear diseños para nuestro blog, pagina web, y otros medios digitales e impresos.
  • Redaccion de entradas para nuestro blog. (Puede ser en formato Vlog. Las habilidades de edicion de video serán muy importantes.)
  • Realizar fotografias y editarlas para carnets de los colaboradores.
  • Realizar fotografias profesionales en el sitio de nuestros proyectos solares.
  • Realizar ediciones basicas en paginas web dessarrolladas en Wordpress de la empresa.
  • Redactar correos de marketing para nuestra base de datos de clientes. Una excelente expresión escrita y ortografia es necesaria. Conocimientos básicos sobre energías renovables y/o sistemas eléctricos es un plus.


  • Título universitario, diplomado, o certificacion en diseño grafico.
  • Habilidades certificadas o empiricas en diseño grafico, diseño audio visual, desarrollo web, y/o fotografia.
  • Excelente expresion escrita y oral.
  • Expresión escrita y oral en inglés es un extra.
  • Experiencia de 1+ años de experiencia en diseño grafico o areas relacionadas.
  • Buen manejo de software de diseño, web, y empresarial(Illustrator, Photoshop, lightroom, Indesign, Wordpress, word, powerpoint, excell, editor de video, etc.)
  • Conocimientos básicos de fotografia
