Propósito Del Puesto Ejecutar la estrategia de marcación regional definida por la alta gerencia de Cobranzas y Comercial, y plasmada en los árboles de estrategias para cada canal y producto. Construir, administrar y analizar los comportamientos de las listas de marcación con la finalidad de alcanzar las metas del negocio a nivel regional y sus principales metas de contacto y proponer cambios en la estrategia cuando los objetivos no se estén cumpliendo. Prinicpales Funciones

• Ejecutar estrategias Outbound(Voz y digital) regionales de marcación y broadcast definidas para cada día, en tiempo y forma, definidas en arboles de estrategia
• Aplicar estrategias con las herramientas de marcador que permitan control de los tiempos idle
• Elaborar reporteria necesaria para poder analizar los comportamientos de las listas de marcación
• Garantizar que todos los agentes estén con llamadas, revisar rangos de las extensiones , creación de usuarios en la herramienta, asignación a los diferentes servicios para asegurar la alta productividad del equipo.
• Generar recomendaciones a las estrategias regionales de Cobros/CAT de acuerdo al análisis del monitoreo en tiempo real de las campañas de marcación salientes, tales como mejores horas de contacto, cambios en la secuencia de marcación, determinación de uso de parámetros de saturación o de penetración con el objetivo de lograr meta de recuperación.
• Controlar y monitorear el tiempo muerto en el marcador, para poder ejecutar las acciones correctivas/preventivas necesarias de manera que no impacte la productividad del agente.
• Detectar incidencias y gestionar de forma oportuna el Soporte de proveedor marcador predictivo, y TI Honduras para garantizar la continuidad del negocio.
• Realizar upgrades y mantenimiento general del sistema.

Requisitos

• Titulo universitario en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Informática o carreras afines
• 1 año de experiencia en Administración de Bases de Datos, Administración de Sistemas o Extraccion y Reportería de Datos.
• Conocimiento en Bases de datos como SQL Server, Herramientas de marcación predictiva, Excel y Power BI

Objetivo del Cargo:

Clasificar, asignar, dar seguimiento e inspeccionar en los casos necesarios, los riesgos según las políticas de suscripción establecidas en Seguros Patrimoniales. Funciones generales:

• Recibir los requerimientos para la inspección de riesgos por parte de la unidad de Seguros Generales, a fin de realizar las designaciones a contratistas externos o la realización de las inspecciones si fuera necesario.

• Desarrollar los catálogos de servicios correctivos, estableciendo tiempos, mano de obra, repuestos asociados y procedimientos de referencia.
• Realizar análisis y actualización periódica del costo de la hora-hombre, considerando valor de mercado, capacidades técnicas y categorías de taller.

• Validar propuestas y tiempos presentados por proveedores o talleres terceros, garantizando que cumplan parámetros técnicos y de mercado.
• Integrar los baremos al sistema de gestión de mantenimiento (ERP/CMMS) y asegurar su correcta aplicación por parte de mecánicos, supervisores y administradores.

This position will be responsible for coordinating new process-product development according to customer specifications, developing hands-on product solutions and supporting the business development cycle. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates new product development with customers and internal project teams
• Works with engineering team leads and management to create and tracks schedules, budgets, performance targets, resource plans, prioritization and delegation of tasks, and general planning activities for engineering deliverables
• Provides visibility to project schedule and budget issues and manages escalation and coordinates critical issue resolution with project engineering Team Lead, Business Development Manager and Engineering Management

What Are We Looking For?

• 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams in AI or related areas and exposure to executive stakeholders (minimum requirement).
• Master’s degree in science, big data, AI, technology, or a related field (minimun requirement).
• Experience in analytics, data, machine learning, digital, AI, project management, or related roles, with direct involvement in solution delivery.
• Solid understanding of AI, data, and advanced analytics concepts, ranging from no‑code/low‑code solutions to advanced modeling.
• Experience with generative AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt design and evaluation), as well as working knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps (CI/CD, feature stores, model registries, deployment, monitoring, drift management, and cost/performance optimization).

Realizar los procesos de recepción, ingreso, almacenamiento, alisto, escaneo y empaque de productos en el Centro de Distribución para garantizar el cumplimiento de la promesa de servicio establecida.

Recepción

• Recepcionar la mercadería y revisar las unidades recibidas contra Factura u Orden de Compra según corresponda.
• Certificar que el vencimiento del producto en ingreso sea mayor a un año y que las unidades tengan su respectivo código de barras.
• Ingresar lotes y vencimientos al sistema en base al físico recibido.
• Clasificar mercadería dañada y en buen estado al momento de la recepción para el traslado a su ubicación correspondiente.
• Etiquetar productos conforme precios autorizados por el MIFIC.

Alisto, escaneo y empaque

• Recolectar en las ubicaciones de almacén la mercadería según lo indicado en la etiqueta de alisto.
