General Purpose

Assists the Planning and Zoning Director manage a City-wide Planning and Zoning Program consistently with the City's vision, goals and initiatives and ensures high quality customer service, professional and ethical standards and quality controls.   

 

Supervision Received and Exercised

 

This position is classified as an exempt, full-time position with a 40 hour work-week.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinates, develops, interprets, and implements the City's Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code. 
  • Formulate recommendations to amend the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations for submittal to the City Manager.
  • Reviews and disseminates information pertaining to legislation adopted by the City Council and other agencies which regulate the City's land development.
  • Prepares and submits reports and studies as requested by the Planning and Zoning Director.
  • Meets with members of the general public to address planning issues.
  • Assists and provides information on zoning and land use matters to walk-through public on a daily basis.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of the departmental operations and procedures manual.
  • Assists the Planning and Zoning Director develop and implement long range and annual action plans to meet the needs of a growing City, including the development and maintenance of a comprehensive land use and development plan.
  • Compiles and analyses data regarding current land use trends and factors affecting the City's overall development
  • Makes recommendations regarding zoning changes that promote the City's development goals.
  • Assists the Planning and Zoning Director develop, implement and maintain demographic and economic database, reports and related information necessary for comprehensive long-term urban planning consistent with the City's objectives.
  • Assists in the re-write and preparations of amendments and updates to the element of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan, Zoning Codes, and City Codes. 
  • Reviews and processes zoning applications, maintenance of official zoning and plat maps, and related zoning activities as directed by the Planning and Zoning Director.
  • Assists the Planning and Zoning Director in developing a qualified staff, ensuring professional and courteous service from all employees in support of the City's mission, values, customers and stakeholders.
  • Works collaboratively with and regularly interacts with other agencies, boards, authorities, commissions and civic groups.
  • Pursues ongoing professional development through course attendance, professional organizations, and meetings/conventions to stay informed of technological advancements and trends in the field.
  • Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
  • Assist the Planning and Zoning Director develop and manage the annual operating budget of the Department.
  • Attends board meetings, workshops, and Council meetings as directed by the Planning and Zoning Director.  
  • Manages consultants performing code amendments, developing or amending master plans, amending the Comprehensive Plan, and/or drafting and/or amending regulatory documents on behalf of the City, as directed by the Planning & Zoning Director. 
  • Performs any other duties as directed by the Planning and Zoning Director.
Additional Duties:
  • Performs other related work as required.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND TRAINING
  • A Bachelor's degree in Planning, Public Administration or related field from an accredited college. A Master's degree is highly desirable.  Certification with the American Institute of Certified Planners desirable.
  • Five (5) years of professional planning and/or zoning experience in the public sector.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS REQUIRED
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, WordPerfect or a similar word processing program.
  • Ability to meet and deal with the public in an effective and courteous manner.
  • Ability to get along with others and work effectively with the public and fellow workers.
  • Must be fluent in the English language.  Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
  • Must be a non-smoker.
  • The minimum requirements may be waived by the City Manager.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work in an outdoor setting and perform inspections, which may require climbing ladders, crouching, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, traveling to various work locations and lifting and carrying light to moderate objects.
  • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

General Purpose

The Auto Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance and repairs of different types of vehicles including but not limited to cars, truck, small equipment’s, heavy equipment’s, motorcycles and UTVs in accordance with factory standards. In addition, this position will be responsible of installing, testing, repairing, and removing emergency vehicle equipment’s including light bars, flashers, sirens, computer stand, printers, consoles, and wiring.

 

Supervision Received and Exercised

This position is classified as a non-exempt, full-time position with a 40 hour work-week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair on automotive equipment in accordance with vehicle specifications;
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve problems;
  • Perform maintenance and repair on motorcycles and UTVs;
  • Follow manufacturer recommendations on how to repair vehicle systems like engines, brakes, and suspensions;
  • Perform maintenance on a fuel station;
  • Service a car wash bay on an as needed basis;
  • Perform maintenance and repair on small equipment’s including but not limited to mower, light tower, message board, signal board;
  • Perform maintenance and repair on Heavy equipment’s;
  • Adhere to all City policies, procedures, and safety and environmental rules; Work and assist fellow technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities;
  • Create and update work orders and maintain filing system;
  • Pick up parts and supplies;
  • Maintain inventory levels and perform upkeep on all required parts and fluids; 
  • Perform installation, repair and removal of emergency vehicle equipment’s including but not limited to light bars, flashers, sirens, computer stand, printer, center console and wiring.
Additional Duties:
  • Performs other related work as required.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND TRAINING
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must possess two years of verifiable experience
  • Must possess a State of Florida Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
  • ASE Certification in one or more automotive specialty is required
  • Knowledge of mechanical functions, principles and techniques of auto repair is required
  • Must possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS REQUIRED
 
 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Must be fluent in English.  Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to use computers for data entry.
  • Ability to use or repair small/light equipment, such as power tools.

Physical Requirements:
This role involves medium work, which could require exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force to constantly move objects.  The following physical abilities are also required:

Responsibilities

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Service Leader is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. He/she maintains a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment. The responsibilities of this position require Service Leaders to be on their feet working while clocked in, unless on break. If they are not busy, they are expected to evaluate what other tasks need to be completed and assist others with those tasks.

What You’ll Do

  • In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Helping to resolve food quality issues
  • Supporting food safety which includes the following: ensuring hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and ensuring the Daily Food Safety Checklist and food safety policies and procedures are followed
  • Helping to resolve customer incidents and working to ensure positive customer experiences
  • Helping to monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • Developing and cross training all front of house Crew
  • Assisting with Crew performance reviews
  • Developing future Service Leaders
  • Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties such as: banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork
  • Ensuring office equipment remains in working order and making sure office supplies are ordered as necessary
  • Ensuring the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed

Misión del puesto

Objetivo del Puesto:

Desarrollar y liderar el modelo de negocios de remesas de Banco Ficohsa Nicaragua mediante la creación de relaciones comerciales con compañías de remesas en USA, creando estas relaciones desde cero hasta llevarlas a fase de implementación.

 

Analizar y proponer los desarrollos de nuevas funcionalidades que aumenten la propuesta de valor del modelo de negocios de remesas para el banco, desarrollando soluciones en estrategias de ventas cruzadas (captación de saldos pasivos, colocación de productos activos, mesa de cambio), potenciando los canales alternos del banco, así como centradas en el cliente usuario de servicio de remesas.

 

Dar seguimiento a los proyectos e iniciativas, desarrollos y mejoras de las plataformas, canales alternos y digitales, que son creados para fortalecer la propuesta de valor del modelo de negocio de remesas para el banco.

Cumplir con los KPIS definidos por el Gerente de Remesas y que definen la estrategia de rentabilidad del modelo de negocios de remesas.

 

Principales Funciones:

Liderar y desarrollar la operación y relación comercial con empresas remesadoras en USA.

Monitorear los acuerdos con socios estratégicos (remesadoras y aleados) y asegurarse de su cumplimiento y ejecución.

Coordinar la ejecución e implementación del plan de marketing anual definido por el Gerente de Remesas y la Gerencia de Mercadeo.
