The FCRA Participations department handles contractual reporting to talent and co-production companies on all of Warner Bros. film, television, home entertainment, games, and new media libraries. The Sr. Financial Analyst position is responsible for preparing and reviewing participations statements. This position reviews and understands contractual agreements, ensuring that all financial obligations are met. Additionally, the Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for enhancing departments systems and tools through involvement in system design and testing; and improving business processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare participations statements, leveraging a new state-of-the-art Participations system, WB’s enterprise SAP platform, existing tools, and analytical methodologies. Read and understands abstracts, legal agreements, and other related written documentation. Perform first level review of statements prepared by other Financial Analysts / Sr. Financial Analysts and provide feedback to preparers to make changes and correct errors, as needed. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of complex deal terms/calculations, including but not limited to Breakeven, Reducibility, Vesting, etc.
Perform current and historical data analysis and verifying that reporting is in accordance with contractual agreements. The analysis work takes into consideration the windowing and release patterns of film/television/other product, distribution cost trends analysis, etc. Research abnormalities using SAP and/or other line-of-business components to review underlying transactional activity. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Film/TV/Home Ent. Business practices and strategy.
Support ad-hoc and special projects, including, but not limited to presentations to management and staff, buyout calculations, etc.
Identify improvements and enhancements related to FCRA’s participations system and participate in system testing.
Attend technical and conceptual training sessions and cross-divisional forums as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Work Experience
2+ years previous experience in a finance, accounting, auditing or IT environment a plus.
Participations and/or entertainment industry experience strongly preferred.
Business analyst or financial analyst experience a plus.
Public or private audit and/or consulting experience a plus.
Knowledge of GAAP vs. cash-based accounting principles a plus.
Experience with system implementations and testing a plus.
Experience in a large corporate environment a plus.
Evidence of progressive responsibilities and contextualization of understanding.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree required. (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Information Systems preferred)

CNN is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Copy Editor to join our editorial team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape the clarity, accuracy, and tone of our on-air scripts, ensuring every word reflects CNN’s commitment to excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with producers and writers, playing a key role in maintaining the editorial integrity and style of our programming—even under intense breaking news pressure. Your Role Accountabilities...
• Review and edit scripts for accuracy, clarity, grammar, balance, and tone
• Ensure all copy adheres to CNN’s editorial standards, stylebook, and legal guidelines

• Offer editorial feedback and coaching to writers and producers as needed

• Expert-level editing skills with a strong grasp of accuracy, tone, balance, and style
• Proven ability to produce high-quality, deadline-driven content quickly and efficiently
• Strong adaptability—able to pivot during breaking news, match anchor styles, and rewrite on the fly
• Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to collaboration
• Familiarity with CNN’s Stylebook, editorial standards, and font coding preferred

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Writing clear, concise, and compelling scripts for news segments, intros, teases, and anchor copy under tight deadlines.
• Producing live and taped segments from pitch to execution — including research, scripting, selecting visual elements, and coordinating graphics and video.

The Director, Social Programming & Strategy leads content programming and publishing strategy across official social media and YouTube channels for the DC franchise portfolio – including brand-level accounts (e.g., @DCOfficial) and iconic character accounts (e.g., Superman, Batman). The Director drives always-on content strategy, campaign execution, and franchise alignment in partnership with the VP, Social Strategy (DC) & Digital Content and DC Franchise Development team. This role ensures DC’s social presence is digital-native, trend-savvy, and aligned with the broader goals of the Global Franchise organization, content studios, and WBD partner businesses. The role is also responsible for day-to-day team leadership and will play a key role in cultivating a culture of creative excellence within a high-profile growing social publishing practice.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Lead content programming, publishing, and platform strategy across the DC brand and key character handles, ensuring alignment with franchise priorities, audience trends, and business goals.
Drive editorial planning processes across DC’s franchise social channel ecosystem. Ensure the team remains focused on the most impactful moments in the franchise calendar, supporting prioritization, resolving blockers, and aligning with internal stakeholders.
Oversee YouTube publishing strategy and channel management, using performance insights to inform programming decisions and community growth. Run testing on select formats and apply learnings to improve publishing impact.
Guide social voice, creative framing, and tonal direction, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with character and platform standards.
Drive content innovation through ongoing experimentation, trend participation, and competitive analysis; apply learnings to inform channel evolution and focus. Tailor approach to individual channels and audience behaviors across the DC publishing ecosystem.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

CNN is looking for a Manager of Product Marketing to support strategy and execution of customer acquisition and retention initiatives across web, app, and CTV platforms for our Digital Products & Services division within the Growth Product Marketing team. This role will report to the Director of Product Marketing and be responsible for facilitating go-to-market campaigns that drive subscriptions, translating brand fundamentals into product contexts, optimizing campaign performance, maximizing return on spend, and ensuring that acquisition and retention efforts align with broader company goals. The Manager will work with the Director and VP to align on strategic goals, develop internal processes, and define our product positioning and target audience understanding.
Your Role Accountabilities
GTM Strategy: Develop and execute GTM strategies across paid and owned channels, with a focus on lead generation and top-of-funnel tactics to drive acquisition. Partner closely with WBD Media team to develop and execute strategies and set up campaigns.
Positioning and Messaging: Translate brand fundamentals to a product context, inspiring creative asset development with creative briefs that are grounded in actionable research insights.
Retention and Lifecycle Management: Design and implement targeted multi-channel campaigns to nurture subscribers at different lifecycle stages, reduce churn, and improve subscriber LTV.
App Store Optimization: Develop and execute a comprehensive ASO strategy to increase app discoverability and conversion rates, managing direct relationships with Apple and Google counterparts.
End-to-end Channel Management and Expansion: Ensure existing channels meet subscription goals and identify growth opportunities in new channels and emerging platforms.
Campaign Optimization: Lead day-to-day management and optimization of live campaigns, focusing on improving CPA/CPL metrics and engagement rates.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Creative, Brand, Product, and other teams to align initiatives with product roadmaps, while providing guidance on campaign best practices, identifying risks, and outlining opportunities.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Continuously analyze campaign performance data, leveraging A/B testing, segmentation, and attribution models to refine strategies. Define success metrics and build clear test plans.
Strategic Planning: Support larger Product Marketing team in setting vision, goals, and KPIs throughout the year.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing, preferably in a B2C subscription-based business.
Strong track record in performance marketing, including paid media management and funnel optimization.
Deep, hands-on digital product marketing knowledge for web, app, and CTV environments.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and strong understanding of A/B testing and cohort analysis.
Data-driven approach with experience in customer journey analysis, attribution modeling, and acquisition funnel optimization.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent communication skills and experience reporting to leadership on results and initiatives.
Strategic thinking ability, balancing long-term vision with short-term execution.
Experience in a news environment is a a plus.
