Position overview:

Job Description

This position works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Scope & Impact

The Senior Manager, Global Health & Safety is responsible for implementing safety initiatives across the Coca-Cola System, enabling progress in safety performance. This role collaborates closely with Operating Units, Bottling Partners, and the Global Safety Council to advance the TCCS Global Safety Strategy. The scope encompasses designing and executing global safety programs, developing system-wide capabilities, and defining roadmaps to achieve short- and long-term safety goals. The role is an individual contributor Safety Leader reporting to the Global Occupational Health & Safety Lead within the TCCC Corporate Quality, Safety, and Environment function.

Location: Preferred locations are Costa Rica, Mexico, Atlanta, Brussels, Turkey, or other central locations with a TCCC office.

What You'll Do For Us:

  • Partner with Operations Units and bottlers to execute key safety programs across the Coca-Cola System, from manufacturing to distribution and marketplace.
  • Serve as a key thought leader in the Global Safety Council (GSC), driving execution of focus areas and ensuring alignment with TCCS global safety strategy and safety performance metrics.
  • Leverage the Global Safety network to share successful practices, insights, and knowledge sharing, while enhancing safety technology initiatives, including metrics for leading and lagging indicators.
  • Advance understanding of Human and Organizational Performance (HOP), ensuring readiness for implementation through capability building and organizational assessments in this aspect.
  • Develop and oversee execution plans for critical safety processes including but not limited to machinery safety, hazardous energy control, contractor management, Life-Saving Rules, and other programs as per needs of global network.
  • Support developing KORE safety requirements, guidance, and global governance frameworks. Identify existing and emerging needs and collaborate with governance teams to adapt requirements as necessary.
  • Work closely with global safety auditors to enhance audit effectiveness and apply operational learnings.
  • Lead efforts to understand Serious Incident and Fatality (SIF) risks, sharing lessons learned across the system.
  • Monitor global and regional (where needed) safety trends, provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise on root cause analysis, and safety incident resolution.
  • Drive safety technology transformation, co-developing the Safety 4.0 framework. Co-leads the global GSC/QSE safety technology pillar, safety pitching events, introducing Safety innovations, and making sure the pilots are run effectively, and outcomes/learnings are shared with the system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in safety, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in organizational safety roles within the supply chain, including 5+ years in regional/global positions.
  • Proven expertise in workplace safety and driving safety performance improvement. Proven track record in building a safety programs/initiatives development & creation of short/long term plans for implementation.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are desired
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a proven track record of collaborating across diverse teams and organizational levels.

We coordinate the identification of potential risks of the items offered in the Amazon Catalog, and those appropriate actions are taken to eliminate any safety hazards for customers. This covers both local, international and internal policies in place.

We are looking for a front-line Team Manager to lead a team of 18 to 20 Sr. Associates to ensure proper coordination and expectations from our internal customers and external stakeholders are met. The tasks handled by this group have a direct impact on the product selection available on the Amazon catalog. As well as to develop and foster associate’s growth in their professional careers.

Roles And Responsibility

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting an operations team to quickly react to tasks related to product safety. Specific duties include:

  • People development and process overview.
  • Work with Program Teams in implementation of new operational activities, including training, SOP development, etc.
  • Creation of controls and KPI’s to ensure compliance with Program and Operational requirements.

  • Dar seguimiento a las observaciones de auditoría para verificar si han sido o están siendo implementadas con el fin de que los riesgos identificados hayan sido mitigados. Adicional realizar el seguimiento a las observaciones del regulador y la carta a la gerencia de los auditores externos.
  • Realizar Autoevaluación de la calidad en cada trabajo de auditoria realizado mediante la aplicación del Check List de Autoevaluación de calidad.

 

Experiencia y habilidades:

  • Licenciatura en Contabilidad y Auditoría, Finanzas o carreras afines.
  • 5 años en posiciones de auditoría, particularmente en instituciones financieras o auditando las mismas.
  • Inglés intermedio.
  • Manejo de Herramientas de Auditoria, CertificaciónCIA, Lavado de Activo, control interno, (deseable), MS Office (Intermedio), conocimiento de Normas Internacionales de Información de auditoría, conocimiento de herramienta de auditoría (IDEA y/o ACL). Talent Hunting Specialist en BairesDev

 

Estamos buscando un Hunting Specialist para identificar y evaluar los diferentes perfiles requeridos por BairesDev y sus clientes. Esta es una excelente oportunidad para ser uno de los miembros clave de nuestro equipo de Ingeniería y posicionarte para oportunidades únicas de crecimiento profesional.

 

Principales responsabilidades:

 

- Colaborar en la definición y ejecución de la estrategia de Búsqueda de Talento.

- Planificar escenarios alternativos de reclutamiento, según diferentes necesidades.

- Diseñar y validar prácticas de búsqueda, selección y atracción para nuestras vacantes, en colaboración directa con líderes y gerentes.

- Aportar ideas y soluciones para mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia del proceso de selección: métodos y tecnología.

-Entrevistar a los candidatos para evaluar sus cualificaciones mediante la validación de su perfil, experiencia, intereses, compromiso y preguntas lógicas y de sentido común.

-Determinar la competencia de los candidatos para el puesto.

-Programar y confirmar las entrevistas técnicas.

-Hacer seguimiento de los candidatos durante todo el proceso.

 

¿Qué Buscamos?:

 

- 2+ años de experiencia en Reclutamiento de Talento.

- Experiencia con buscadores (LinkedIn, StackOverflow, GitHub).

- Experiencia en head-hunting en el sector IT.

- Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad a cambios constantes.

- Capacidad de persuasión.

- Nivel avanzado de inglés.

Responsabilidades Principales

Asegurar la coordinación y ejecución de las operaciones, manteniendo un alto nivel de servicio con nuestros clientes

Responsabilidades Específicas

  • Coordinar actividades relacionadas a las operaciones, asignando los recursos necesarios que cumplan con los criterios definidos en los procedimientos globales de las distintas normas y acreditaciones.
  • Elaborar, actualizar y cumplir el programa de auditorías, velando por la ejecución rentable de los eventos de auditoría.
  • Elaborar las provisiones correspondientes a cada actividad desarrollada.
  • Asegurar que los documentos y formatos necesarios para la ejecución de la actividad sean enviados oportunamente a los miembros del equipo auditor.
  • Asegurar el envío al cliente, dentro de los tiempos correspondientes, de los documentos necesarios para la ejecución de la auditoria (carta de confirmación de fechas, Plan de Auditoría, entre otros), así como los documentos resultantes de la auditoria (Reporte de Auditoria).
  • Dar seguimiento a la presentación de los planes de acción correctiva por parte del cliente.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida con los clientes pre y post las actividades programadas y potenciar el desarrollo del cliente en otros servicios.
  • Ejecutar el plan de auditorías level 1 y asignar los auditores en formación.
  • Apoyar el proceso de facturación del área de operaciones, asegurando que las facturas de los clientes a su cargo estén bien elaboradas y emitidas.
  • Elaborar los diferentes reportes requeridos para la operación.
  • Garantizar que los servicios prestados por la división y sus clientes cumplan con las expectativas y normativas en cuanto a tiempo, resultados, forma y alcance que respalde la solidez y el crecimiento de la organización.
  • Optimizar los recursos (humanos y materiales) para los eventos de la división.
  • Proporcionar valor agregado a los servicios rutinarios de la operación.
  • Conocer y actuar de acuerdo al Código de Integridad de SGS.

Requisitos

  • Educación: Licenciatura completa: Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial, Logística.
  • Experiencia: 2 años de experiencia en logística, sistemas de gestión.
  • Habilidades: Dominio del idioma inglés, organización, estabilidad, independencia, resolución de problemas.
