About The Job
As part of Taco Bell’s Marketing team, the Sr. Analyst, Experience Planning will have the opportunity to play a key role in the national calendar commercialization process. You will work with cross-functional partners on the coordination of efforts to build, launch and optimize our go-to-market strategies, ensuring product priorities are showcased on the menu while ensuring each calendar window delivers on forecasted top line business goals.
The Day-to-Day
- Support the national calendar commercialization process, assisting in product calendar development, program alignments, product contingency planning and stewarding cross-functional teams through execution.
- Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional peers to capture inputs from multiple points of view and incorporate omnichannel elements into planning.
- Translate data into actionable insights to help inform calendar experience planning and learn know how of business and merch levers across ordering channels.
- Partner with Finance and Insights/Analytics team on forecast requests and ensuring each calendar experience window achieves forecasted business goals.
- Work closely with Merchandising team to ensure product priorities are represented across multiple ordering touchpoints.

- 2+ years industry experience preferred.

About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to support our Restaurant Technology team as a Product Owner, Technology Payments based in Miami, FL. The Product Owner, Technology Payments will plan and organize the Product Roadmap and Backlog to ensure a high return on investment (ROI) for Subway’s global Payments Solutions used across 20+ countries and 30,000+ restaurants. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner with the Payments Business & Operations to implement and manage product strategies consistent with company vision and business goals.
- Elicit, analyze and present feedback from end users٫ stakeholders, technical teams and others to shape requirements and product features as well as high-level technical scope.
- Translate and refine requirements from BRDs into FRD and other artifacts (user stories) that can be shared across the Payments Technology team throughout the product lifecycle.
- Own, manage, update and groom the Payments product backlog and delivery plans. Guide user story creation and validate user stories based on acceptance criteria.
- Provide all (and any) support required to ensure releases are planned and delivered on time and meet all business requirements with a high level of quality. Facilitate demonstrations, workshops, interviews and product walkthroughs with end users, technology teams and business stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into appropriate documentation and communications that can be shared across the business and with customers throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure necessary documentation and training is provided for products and software.
- Work with Sr. Manager, Product and Program Managers, to manage budget, resource allocations, ensuring product lifecycle deadlines are met, software development stages are completed on time, product releases are in compliance with schedules, and communicate updates across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or other technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Master's Degree in Business desirable.
- Scrum Alliance Product Owner or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner/Product
- Minimum of 3-5+ years’ experience in product management/ownership, business strategy/development, or a senior business analyst role.
- Experience within Food Service, QSR, Payments or FinTech industries a plus.
- Experience in software development desired in large organizations.
- Strong technical background with an ability to cultivate and build collaborative working relationships with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders and development.
- Strong influential communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), with the ability to exert influence and meet commitments in a highly matrixed organization.
- Experience with Agile development and a strong sense of Agile Methodologies (Agile Scrum Certification required) with experience in industry-standard application lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.

About The Job
The Associate Manager, International Food Innovation & Commercialization, supports the development and execution of innovative food products and ingredient strategies for international markets, reporting to the International Food Innovation & Commercialization Manager. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including QA, Food Safety, and PD Commercialization, to ensure quality and food safety standards are met throughout the product lifecycle. Additionally, the Associate Manager works closely with regional Business Units to assist with new market entries, market resets, and ingredient commercialization. The Day-to-Day
- Assist in the development and commercialization of innovative food products and ingredients for international markets, ensuring alignment with brand, consumer, operational, and financial goals.
- Collaborate with regional Business Units (LAC, EU, APAC) and cross-functional teams (Operations, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to support the execution of global food innovation strategies.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Service Leader is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. He/she maintains a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment. The responsibilities of this position require Service Leaders to be on their feet working while clocked in, unless on break. If they are not busy, they are expected to evaluate what other tasks need to be completed and assist others with those tasks.
What You’ll Do
- In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
- Helping to resolve food quality issues
- Supporting food safety which includes the following: ensuring hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and ensuring the Daily Food Safety Checklist and food safety policies and procedures are followed
- Helping to resolve customer incidents and working to ensure positive customer experiences
- Helping to monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
- Developing and cross training all front of house Crew
- Assisting with Crew performance reviews
- Developing future Service Leaders
- Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties such as: banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork
- Ensuring office equipment remains in working order and making sure office supplies are ordered as necessary
- Ensuring the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed
What You’ll Bring To The Table

THE OPPORTUNITY
Responsibilities
In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading the restaurant team in successful day-to-day operations - by example and by being a role model of the standards and behaviors consistent with Chipotle’s values and culture
- Properly training and developing Crew, Hourly Managers, and Apprentices through quality orientations, development discussions, performance evaluations, and recognition so that they are prepared for additional career opportunities
- Coaching and counseling employees on a timely basis
- Making decisions on promotions and terminations of employees, and taking the appropriate action
- Identifying talent, interviewing, and hiring new Crew
- Demonstrating the management style that is reflective of Chipotle's values and culture
- Fostering an environment of teamwork
- Successfully communicating company changes/focus to the team
- Ensuring that employees are paid properly and receive appropriate benefits
- Writing schedules that meet the needs of the business so that a great customer experience is delivered while maintaining financial responsibility

- Compiling, preparing, and maintaining P&L statements, budgets, and cost controls with regard to food, beverage, and labor goals
- Implementing and practicing proper payroll procedures
- Performing required administrative duties on time, including processing required paperwork

The Ideal Candidate Will

- Team Management: Guide crew members through their shifts, clearly communicating responsibilities, providing feedback, and acknowledging their achievements.
- Strategic Deployment: Utilize team members optimally throughout the shift to meet guest needs and maintain service standards.
- Training Support: Assist in training crew members, in line with directives from the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Performance Accountability: Set clear goals and hold team members accountable during your shift.
- Guest Satisfaction: Uphold our commitment to guest service, fostering a sense of urgency to meet needs and resolve any issues.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Profitability Focus: Oversee the execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives to effectively manage labor and food costs.
- Safety and Security: Ensure adherence to all policies regarding cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant security.

Qualifications
- Strong communicators with effective math and writing skills.
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and fluent in English.
- Energetic leaders who can inspire teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
